The location is great. Close to everything you need.The customer service. Zom the property manager was really friendly, helpful and nice. The view from our room was great. We don't mind staying here again in the same room as we're in.

Nothing much except that the place just need updating. and the microwave plate was a mess, I had to wash it 1st before using. Minor issue.

Amazing Location, right by the Cypress Avenue tram stop and right in Central Surfers Paradise. Amazing view from my room on the 9th floor in all directions. Clean apartment- lots of space for solo traveller- in fact the most I've ever had. I told a friend it was almost a big as my house :) Heated swimming pool/Sauna and good outdoor pool Friendly Manager Friendly cleaners too- they were very chatty- most cleaners Ive seen at other hotels would never make conversation. Very quiet, no disturbances from other tenants

Perhaps an extra mirror or 2 might have been useful though not a big deal, I could at least shave in the bathroom/laundry.

Fantastic base to explore Surfers Paradise. Within walking distance to major shopping precinct and the beach. Close to public transport and next door to a scooter hire business. Very handy as parking places are metered. View to the beach and other hotels was good - especially at night.

Noise of works being done on the windows of our apartment, stains on the carpet.

I like the balcony it was wonderful seeing the side on with the ocean and beach and seeing the city views was so beautiful, my room was so nice and clean and the views were so beautiful with all incity views of surfers paradise and seeing all Nerang river and all different resorts and tram stations .it was so great 👍 to see this out of your windows. The night view was amazing when it was dark seeing all lights was something u will always remember it .it was so relaxing and great view.

The room was so huge and very big for a 1 bedroom apartment. Now the fans were a bit slow in the rooms not much air blowing out of them .the air-conditioning was beautiful and we put that on most nights for air . Everything else was very good . Also there was no phone to call reception at all ,when the paper said to call and dial 99.so I think the paperwork needs a little update .but overall I and my mum was very happy to stay there for a 3 star apartment. 🌟 the reception guy was very nice and wonderful on arrival . Out of 10 ,I give this 1 bedroom apartment a 8 out 10 .

Location with tram right outside, management was really friendly and great location being able to walk to the beach and very quiet in my room , will stay here again

Close proximity to extremely high rise modern hotel next door that had a first or second level housing what I believe was their air-conditioning infrastructure. It was an extraordinarily loud, consistent and intrusive, heard even with doors and windows closed. Very unfortunate as everything else was great.

Location was awesome, once parked at the accommodation, I could walk or tram to most places very easily. 1 block back from beachfront, with a small view was nice. Overall experience was good, great value for money accommodation.

The only negative being an older building was that it was very noisy when it was windy as the window rattled and shook all night and the neighbours dog barked every time he heard anything/anyone outside but it was not really a problem for more than a few minutes.

The views are amazing and they have excellent customer service. There are 2 pools, the unit was spacious and tidy. The guy on reception was fantastic and personable.

It can get noisy at night due to traffic and random humans at the tram stop at the door but this is uber convenient at any other time and the establishment can't control that, I simply recommend closing windows at night and using air con.

This is a great location right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. We drove and was able to park under the building. The staff were friendly, Zom was very helpful. The price is fantastic for this location. The rooms were clean and tidy, a little dated.

There was no aircon in the bedroom. The apartment has 1 air conditioner in the main area only that operates a set period of time at once. But for the price we paid we were happy.

Location, Location , Location! Beach views out of 5 of the windows and balcony, easy walk to the beach tram at the front door for easy public transport

Perhaps a little bit dated but location couldn’t have been better Bedroom was a bit hot with only a fan
