The motel is in an incredible location close to the beach and walking distance to the shops. The rooms were big and included all the equipment to ensure you could live self-contained for a long or a short stay. It was tidy, comfortable quiet and very well organised. The reception staff were good and had no problem in booking airport transfers.

The check in hours are too short. Had difficulty in ringing staff to get in initially. A problem with all the motels I stayed at. The bed could have been more comfortable. Some pillows had either very stiff foam in them or were too soft.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious (we appreciated this even more during the cyclone that passed over the gold coast last week). Apartment was clean and had everything we needed to cook with for the duration of our stay. Location to the beach and tram (just around the corner). The bus to Seaworld was 2 blocks over from the apartment complex.

We were travelling with our 9 and 5 year old, the indoor pool depth in the shallow end was 1.5m so was quite challenging for our 5 year old to enjoy the pool with his big brother. Was expecting the depth of the pool to be about a metre down one end. This is something to consider if you are travelling with younger children (there was a smaller pool next to the big pool for younger children to enjoy). This would be the only thing to consider when looking at this accommodation option.

The location was amazing. However, the parking area was very congested, and there was no house keeping so on last day we could not find the bins to through the rubbish as bins were taken away and we had to leave the rubbish back in apt.'s bin which I did not like. For wifi you have to sign up with membership and then you get the wifi code, which is the first ever experience I had. This is not how we can sign up for membership, when customers get amazing service they do it themselves. Also the aircons had the timing switch on them and I had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn them on again.

Our stay was excellent. - The location is great - close walking distance to all the business, but just out enough for it not to be too loud. - 9th floor stay, had a great view of the city with a lot of natural light. - Designated parking spot - Very roomy apartment - clean and well maintained amenities

These are me being super picky because it truly was a fantastic stay - the bed was a little firm - the lifts don’t go down to the bottom basement carpark which made it tricky to take multiple bags of heavy luggage either up the steep ramp or steps to get to the floor of the lifts.

The view was amazing and the apartment was very spacious and only rarely heard other people in other apartments , nice furnishings throughout including washing machine and dryer which were very handy, staff were friendly

We weren’t able to park in underground secure parking due to low aircon duct and our car being a fwd, but were able to park in outdoor carapace out the back, but had to continually get a key and return it each time, an email to alert customers this might be the case before arrival would be helpful as it is only a selected few this does effect, the cooking utensils and fridge need upgrading but durable , some utensils were still dirty, and parts of apartment not cleaned properly but house keeping were quick to address these issues and were very apologetic

Excellent location literally across the road from Surfers Paradise Beach, and 5 min walk to cafes and mall. Loved the sea view from kitchen, lounge and bedroom windows. Very spacious lounge/dining and kitchen which was great for 4 adult sized people. Well equipped bathroom and ensuite. Ceiling fans much needed on warm nights. Our teen boys made the most of the indoor heated pool (it was bit chilly to enjoy outdoor one but it looked beautiful). Us adults enjoyed spa, heated pool and sauna.

Kitchen bench was a little tired in one place. Otherwise excellent.

Huge apartment, would be awesome for a family. It was lovely, clean and light with great facilities. New large fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. Beds very comfy as was the lounge suite. Good shower pressure. Indoor pool and spa awesome good temperature. Lovely friendly staff. Good underground secure parking.

Just some maintenance could be done round the windows of the bedrooms. One had sticky tape on it and looked like there had been leaks.

One of the lifts had green canvas on the inside walls. It didn’t affect how it worked but it was quite unsightly & a bit strange. Just a heads up tho that a $200 AUD bond per room is expected upon check in, something we were unaware of prior.

Location A1. Outdoor pool area great. Indoor pool and spa and sauna were heated and lovely.

Just be aware that not all "beachview" rooms have a nice beach view. Some are great and some aren't... A little dated but no problem. Despite 9 months and then 1 month requested notice, was too hard to have 2 rooms on the same floor.. Pure lack of attention by someone in admin made things difficult for no reason

wifi/internet access is not included which isn’t very clear when you make the booking , they do have access to internet but you have to register with their umbrella companies reward system and after doing that the internet service wasn’t working because there was an outage in the Goldcoast so through-out the entire stay we were using our mobile data which wasn’t a huge deal but if anyone else will need proper access to internet this is definitely something to consider . Jacuzzi wasn’t working also but that’s a luxury to be fair the internet is a necessity and I truly believe in 2023 it’s about as important as running water
