The location was excellent, right in front of the beach. The facilities like the indoor pool and sauna were great and very well maintained. Also, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful – she even allowed us to do a late checkout, which made our departure much more comfortable.

Our only suggestion would be regarding the glass cleaning. While we understand that cleaning the exterior glass panels can be more difficult, the glass doors leading to the balcony could be cleaned more frequently. Since the ocean view is one of the main attractions of the apartment, dirty or foggy glass takes away from the experience.

Our room was large with tiles throughout. Once the we had finally got the air conditioner it didn't take long for the apartment to cool down. Floor to ceiling blackout curtains as the room was East facing.

Our group separated and half retreated to the room early. When the second half arrived to the accommodation, but they could not access the room or even the elevator floor. Called the after hours teams whom were powerless and could not action anything but only recommend calling their locksmith at 1am, with no answer... Luckily we gained access to the lobby, otherwise we were sleeping on the street. Fell asleep in the lobby until 5am, until a roommate awoke to allow us to gain entry to our room. This ruined the end of our holiday, so we left a day early. Unsure the point of the after hours team if they could not assist us in accessing our room after hours...

This apartment is located in the city center on the 25th floor. It offers an amazing sea view. It's only a 9 - minute walk from the main street in the city center. Once you step out of the building, there's a sidewalk leading straight to the beach, and there's also a tram station just a minute away. The facilities inside the apartment are just average. However, if it had such a wonderful sea view, a great location, and high quality facilities all at once, it definitely wouldn't come at such a good price. I'm really satisfied.

Hi Surf is easily THE BEST accomodation we have ever stayed at - and we do family trips often! Staff are amazing: very firendly, very helpful and accomodating, and always smile! Location is superb: it's about 800 metres away from Surfers' central so it's not a busy but also close enough by foot to reach. Tram station right on your door and the bus stops are only 3 minutes walk. Walking distance to Sea World. We stayed at Room 25A which is the absolute beach front and the views are breathtaking!! We love to just sit around on the balcony, all mesmerised by the views that is the ocean and the skyline at once. The apartment is very spacious and the amenities are more than enough for family of four. We love the pool and the spa; unfortunately didnt have time for the gym but gym looks great regardless. Definitely great value for money! Please dont think twice and book away!! :)

You can't beat this location. Right on the beach with the tram on your doorstep, a quick 10 min walk into the centre of Surfers Paradise and close to heaps of restaurants and cafes, it was awesome to just be able to walk everywhere. We had apartment 14B and the view was to die for - we absolutely loved looking out onto the ocean every morning on the balcony. The apartment was spacious and modern and had a nice large lounge and TV to relax into in the evenings.

The apartment has seen better days and needs a big refresh. There was peeling paint, scuffs everywhere and sadly it wasn't as clean as you'd like. There were crumbs on the table and in the fridge and some plates still had food stuck to them. It needs a good deep clean and a repaint. Also one towel for each guest for a week isn't enough. Not the fault of the apartment but there is construction right outside the window which is very noisy at 630am every morning. Just an FYI! Otherwise it is a great place with beautiful views and an awesome location.

Apartment 14E was great. The managers were fantastic. They responded to our valid comments about terrible apartment 7F (assigned by Booking.com) with a rational, helpful, customer focus and moved us straight away.

7F was a terrible apartment. Booking.com put us in it. The Hi Surf managers were great and moved us straight away when we gave them a list of the sub standard aspects of 7F. The owner of 7F must not care. However 14E was superb. Couldn't fault it. Thanks Hi Surf managers for responding with a customer focus and moving us to a functioning apartment.

Amazing view of the beach and city scape. Great location, near to shops, restaurants and bars, only a 5-10 minute walk. The tram stop is right outside the complex. Inside and outside pools were excellent with good additional facitlities such as BBQ area, Gym and sauna. Great to have underground parking.

The apartment was great. Air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We stayed when it was 32 - 37 degrees each day, so the bedrooms got quite hot. Air conditioning down the halway would have helped this. Other than that the apartment may need a bit of TLC to bring it back up to date - looks a little tired and dated, but fully functional and comfortable with all modern conveniences. A saucepan would have been useful.

The location is very accessible. The tram is just outside the hotel. We were in the old building. It's kind of scary at first because we arrived in the evening and seeing some worn out and old cabinet, mirrors, and bathroom, it really gave an off vibes. There's also a red stain in the carpet. The next morning, we saw how magnificent the view is. We chose the room with an ocean view and it was wonderful. We felt more at ease with the very spacious unit we had. In general, we loved our four days and three nights stay. FYI: You have to leave the room clean - take the rubbish to the chute near you or your card be charged $50.

Lack of kitchen supplies and complementary tea, coffee, and milk. But, it's all good.

Great location we were 27 floors up facing the beach with breath taking views of the ocean and the whole south side view of surfers n the Gold coast, honestly from the whole living area of this apartment your views North,East and South are absolutely fantastic, 💯 plus Flagged swimming on the beach, outside pool n spa,inside pool, spa and hot room Left the car as the tram station right at the back of the apartment block, 2 stops to surfers paradise at $0.50 cents a ride

Our stay was to short

Location was great, views were great, the apartment space was great, pool and spa was great and gym was good. Parking was easy under cover and out on the road if you have a second vehicle. The staff were wonderful
