Our room was large with tiles throughout. Once the we had finally got the air conditioner it didn't take long for the apartment to cool down. Floor to ceiling blackout curtains as the room was East facing.

Our group separated and half retreated to the room early. When the second half arrived to the accommodation, but they could not access the room or even the elevator floor. Called the after hours teams whom were powerless and could not action anything but only recommend calling their locksmith at 1am, with no answer... Luckily we gained access to the lobby, otherwise we were sleeping on the street. Fell asleep in the lobby until 5am, until a roommate awoke to allow us to gain entry to our room. This ruined the end of our holiday, so we left a day early. Unsure the point of the after hours team if they could not assist us in accessing our room after hours...

Amazing view of the beach and city scape. Great location, near to shops, restaurants and bars, only a 5-10 minute walk. The tram stop is right outside the complex. Inside and outside pools were excellent with good additional facitlities such as BBQ area, Gym and sauna. Great to have underground parking.

The apartment was great. Air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We stayed when it was 32 - 37 degrees each day, so the bedrooms got quite hot. Air conditioning down the halway would have helped this. Other than that the apartment may need a bit of TLC to bring it back up to date - looks a little tired and dated, but fully functional and comfortable with all modern conveniences. A saucepan would have been useful.

The location is very accessible. The tram is just outside the hotel. We were in the old building. It's kind of scary at first because we arrived in the evening and seeing some worn out and old cabinet, mirrors, and bathroom, it really gave an off vibes. There's also a red stain in the carpet. The next morning, we saw how magnificent the view is. We chose the room with an ocean view and it was wonderful. We felt more at ease with the very spacious unit we had. In general, we loved our four days and three nights stay. FYI: You have to leave the room clean - take the rubbish to the chute near you or your card be charged $50.

Lack of kitchen supplies and complementary tea, coffee, and milk. But, it's all good.

Fantastic location, nicely presented and furnished apartment. Fantastic facilities with both indoor and outdoor pools both heated to varying but very comfortable temperatures. Spectacular beach and ocean views from apartment.

Air-conditioning only in main living area (not bedrooms) - would be ok due to fantastic breezes but due to no screens on windows unable to have windows open at night due to moths/insects. No issue during our Winter stay but in Summer would get hot. Please consider fly screens on windows or else air-conditioning in bedrooms - would make 9/10 a 10/10!

upon arrival, we encountered some problems in the unit assigned to us (family), we arrived after hours late in the afternoon. The staff very quickly responded, and even during the short time (15min?) they were looking for a solution, they called to assure us that we would be looked after and not to worry. we were moved to a much better apartment that made us very happy. I call this professionalism, and good hospitality business.

The TV's could have had better Foxtel subscription or even Netflix.

Luxurious apartment! How about the magnificent sunrise and sunset views, just wow! Extraordinary scenic observations of the Gold Coast and the beautiful Surfers Paradise beaches. Amazingly spacious and exceptionally clean! We throughly enjoyed our family vacation, this apartment created an atmosphere of a heavenly space the we will sure to visit again. We highly recommend this accommodation

The only concern is to have the inside heated pool scheduled during the NSW school holiday period was untimely, but never the less, an opportunity to swim in the stunning, crystal blue ocean across the road from our accommodation.

Stunning views! Large apartment and perfect location right on the tram stop. We saw whales from the apartment and loved the view from every room. The staff were friendly and the whole process was easy. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing on rainy winter days!

The construction noise next door was intense with jack hammering sounds early in then morning, but we were aware of this when booking and it didn’t affect our holiday as we were up early adventuring anyway.

When we arrived there wasn’t any toilet paper, paper towel or tea towel, washing up liquid or dishwashing tablets. Was such a fantastic apartment that you wanted to look after it but without products to take care of it made it difficult. We went out and purchased it as we were staying for 5 days and wanted to look after it.
