very well located, walkable distance to all amenities, unfortunately the beach was closed mostly due to the recent cyclone the and maintenance work in progress. the TV was broken, post complaint the staff 'Esther' was on it and got it replaced with a brand new TV in a day. We were provided 2x set of keys for convenient access, secured and covered parking. we will stay with you for our next trip.

the maintenance work was a bit noisy during days time which was communicated and necessary after damages made by the cyclone. the parking needs little supervision as some visitors parked inappropriately, again when it was reported to the staff member 'Esther' was resolved and organised alternative parking spot. Some ants was found in the property and again due to cyclone some bugs and insects was out and about - was communicated.

I found the property to be absolutely incredible. The room was immaculate, sparkling clean, and beautifully maintained. All the facilities were top-notch, feeling modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff; they went above and beyond, showing genuine warmth and always willing to help, making me feel incredibly valued.

The balcony view wasn't ideal. It wasn't particularly scenic, which was a minor point, but it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

The staff members were exceptionally friendly, contributing to a positive experience. The location was excellent, and everything was well-organized, reflecting a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. .

Parking is a significant issue that requires immediate attention. Despite having a designated parking spot, unauthorised vehicles were occupying spaces, making it extremely challenging to find parking. Consequently, I had to park 8–10 minutes away from the location, which was highly inconvenient and frustrating. I believe the management team should take more proactive measures to address unauthorized parking, rather than simply leaving a note on the vehicle. Implementing stricter enforcement or alternative solutions would demonstrate a more effective approach to resolving this issue.

The room could have been cleaned better there was a dirty glass under one of the lounge chairs . I don't think the floors had been done

The apartment was gorgeous. I would have permanently moved in given half a chance. The location perfect 👌 Two double bedrooms with 2 doubles in one room too. Mirrored wardrobes everywhere added to the effect And right on the beach . Extremely well equipped for a longer stay. If I ever come back to the Goldcoast I will check your availability. Parking easy under the building. Also nice to put a wash on and dryer to help with a faster dry. Could have done with 2 wash tabs though. I think know the furniture in the room could have been nicer. But I'm being too critical 🙃 😃

The Seacrest is in a prime location.. 5 min walk to trams.. Lovely Cafe across the rd and the beach is just a hop skip and a jump into the surf.. Sarah from reception was extremely friendly and professional..Always smiling and greeting guests and communicating with interest and knowledge.. The 2 bedroom apartment on the 11th floor was awesome.. beautiful views to the surf and the river.. Very clean with everything functioning correctly.

Although I was informed that the pool will be closed during my stay it was still disappointing. Cheaper rate made up for it

Great location with views of the beach across the road. Light rail and bus stop right around the corner. Only a short walk to restaurants and shops in Cavill Ave. Secure underground parking. Apartment had everything we needed except you will need to get your own basics like cooking spray, Cling wrap, more garbage bags, toilet paper etc as the apartments are not serviced during your stay.

We booked a year in advance and were disappointed when we arrived to find the outdoor pool and BBQ area were closed during the week due to some building work. An email or phone call to advise us should have occurred.

We were most grateful to have our daughter later as we could not book for her initially because of her work schedules. We were given a 2 bedroom apartment for the cost of one bedroom apartment...close to the apartment our son a d family had. We had a lovely family time!! That was an amazing offer we received!! The view from our apartment was fantastic...throughout the day; the sunrise, sunset and even in between we enjoyed the balcony seats..... The kitchen facilities were great, we cooked most of our meals and had a huge fridge to store food. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, spa and the games room and fully utilised every moment of the stay. Kids were given special treatment!! It was convenient to use the tram to get to restaurants in the night, kids enjoyed those rides

Nothing to do with this property but there was a lot of construction work going around the property....bit noisy but were out most of the time.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the heart of the Gold Coast. Further, the beach across the road was great. The apartment was great, lots of space, two toilets. Tv and internet available. Our family loved it.

The kitchen oven and stove were very dirty (crusty). The floor around the indoor pool and walls of the pool top were unclean. The Bbq is dated and hard to use. However, we do understand that the building is getting updates and is being renovated.

I booked for ocean view two bedroom apartment All 60 photos on booking site has full open front ocean view in. Living room My was tiny corner ocean view with trees in front No table and chair on balcony with view Only bar chair Suppose to be two singles bed on the second room but end up a double bed So two adults cannot share that room One adult has to sleep on the sofa the entire time Informed for pest control spray in common areas and apartments They come with a key regarding people are in there or not Dryer did not work and management could not make it work either
