The staff members were exceptionally friendly, contributing to a positive experience. The location was excellent, and everything was well-organized, reflecting a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. .

Parking is a significant issue that requires immediate attention. Despite having a designated parking spot, unauthorised vehicles were occupying spaces, making it extremely challenging to find parking. Consequently, I had to park 8–10 minutes away from the location, which was highly inconvenient and frustrating. I believe the management team should take more proactive measures to address unauthorized parking, rather than simply leaving a note on the vehicle. Implementing stricter enforcement or alternative solutions would demonstrate a more effective approach to resolving this issue.

It was close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops

The room could have been cleaned better there was a dirty glass under one of the lounge chairs . I don't think the floors had been done

The apartment was gorgeous. I would have permanently moved in given half a chance. The location perfect 👌 Two double bedrooms with 2 doubles in one room too. Mirrored wardrobes everywhere added to the effect And right on the beach . Extremely well equipped for a longer stay. If I ever come back to the Goldcoast I will check your availability. Parking easy under the building. Also nice to put a wash on and dryer to help with a faster dry. Could have done with 2 wash tabs though. I think know the furniture in the room could have been nicer. But I'm being too critical 🙃 😃

The Seacrest is in a prime location.. 5 min walk to trams.. Lovely Cafe across the rd and the beach is just a hop skip and a jump into the surf.. Sarah from reception was extremely friendly and professional..Always smiling and greeting guests and communicating with interest and knowledge.. The 2 bedroom apartment on the 11th floor was awesome.. beautiful views to the surf and the river.. Very clean with everything functioning correctly.

Although I was informed that the pool will be closed during my stay it was still disappointing. Cheaper rate made up for it

Great location with views of the beach across the road. Light rail and bus stop right around the corner. Only a short walk to restaurants and shops in Cavill Ave. Secure underground parking. Apartment had everything we needed except you will need to get your own basics like cooking spray, Cling wrap, more garbage bags, toilet paper etc as the apartments are not serviced during your stay.

We booked a year in advance and were disappointed when we arrived to find the outdoor pool and BBQ area were closed during the week due to some building work. An email or phone call to advise us should have occurred.

I booked for ocean view two bedroom apartment All 60 photos on booking site has full open front ocean view in. Living room My was tiny corner ocean view with trees in front No table and chair on balcony with view Only bar chair Suppose to be two singles bed on the second room but end up a double bed So two adults cannot share that room One adult has to sleep on the sofa the entire time Informed for pest control spray in common areas and apartments They come with a key regarding people are in there or not Dryer did not work and management could not make it work either

The location is perfect, walking distance to the heart of the Gold Coast. Further, the beach across the road was great. The apartment was great, lots of space, two toilets. Tv and internet available. Our family loved it.

The kitchen oven and stove were very dirty (crusty). The floor around the indoor pool and walls of the pool top were unclean. The Bbq is dated and hard to use. However, we do understand that the building is getting updates and is being renovated.

We were most grateful to have our daughter later as we could not book for her initially because of her work schedules. We were given a 2 bedroom apartment for the cost of one bedroom apartment...close to the apartment our son a d family had. We had a lovely family time!! That was an amazing offer we received!! The view from our apartment was fantastic...throughout the day; the sunrise, sunset and even in between we enjoyed the balcony seats..... The kitchen facilities were great, we cooked most of our meals and had a huge fridge to store food. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, spa and the games room and fully utilised every moment of the stay. Kids were given special treatment!! It was convenient to use the tram to get to restaurants in the night, kids enjoyed those rides

Nothing to do with this property but there was a lot of construction work going around the property....bit noisy but were out most of the time.

Comfortable, clean and plenty of space. It is located across the road from the beach and within 15 minutes walk to surfers paradise cbd. The pools and sauna are fantastic and parking is secure.

The oven and dishwasher do not have readable instructions/position labels. You have to guess what cycle you’re choosing for the dishwasher and figure out what option you’re choosing when using the oven by trial and era. There is a major construction site across the road but it really didn’t bother us and actually provided some light entertainment. Work hours on the site are from 7am till 3pm.

The rooms were light and bright, very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were given the top floor ocean facing unit with outstanding views. The windows had been recently replaced with beautiful white sliding shutters and noise reducing seals on all windows and the sliding door. The apartment block is older however has been well maintained for the age of the rooms (we were well aware of this at the time of booking, but pleasantly surprised at the standard). The kitchen looked functional, but apart from toast and tea/coffee we didn't utilise it.

Some of the car parking spaces were a bit tricky to reverse in/out of, and the in/out tag scanner posts for the roller door but only minor things in the scheme of the stay.
