Excellent modern apartment next to the beach on Surfers Paradise. We had apartment 1701, and the view of the beach and marina from the apartment is stunning. Single parking spot available on undercover secure parking. Apartment has two bedrooms (2S + 1Q) and two baths with showers. Washing machine and dryer available. There was already a selection of daily staples as well as a wide assortment of cooking utensils and cutlery. Ben was available at short notice to sort out minor issues. There is a heated pool with automated 'bubbles' which should be a hit with the kids. Will need to take the tram, drive or walk 15-20 mins to most restaurants. Australia Fair shopping centre is a short drive away. Mackintosh Island park is a short walk away and has excellent play equipment for kids and walkways if you want a more relaxed day. Sea World is 5 mins drive away and the other theme parks are around 20mins drive away and hence conveniently accessible.

WOW! The property was fantastic! spectacular views of SurfersParadise /Main Beach. excellent facilities and wonderful hosts . Beds very comfortable and very well equipped kitchen

The windows were a bit noisy when windy and being so high up was windy every day but to is didn’t spoil our holiday and would definitely stay here again

Beautiful modern spacious apartment with everything we needed. Stunning river and ocean views. Loved that it was a little quieter than in surfers but an easy walk and tram ride to all the popular locations.

Lovely view, well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Perfect size for a family. Location was across the road from the beach and public transport at a short walk down the road. Very central to everything we needed. Property also provided parking when we hired a car.

Gorgeous views to take in everyday, comfortable apartment with everything you need and more. The indoor and outdoor pool and sauna was a nice welcome after busy days.

There was nothing to complain about, only mention would be the couch was super low as I have an injury it was harder to get up

Great location, amazing views and courteous staff. Only a minute walk to the beach and about 10 mins walk to the mall and restaurant/Cafe. The host was happy to help any time. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. I can't wait to go back again 🤩.

Good location, clean and indoor pool was amazing with warm water . Kitchen ware was very complete definitely recommended 👍

I loved the view from the balcony and that there was a smart tv! It basically had everything we needed in the kitchen, in the laundry and the bedrooms. We also got a free upgrade which was so lovely.

Just that it didn’t come with any shampoo and conditioner

The view from the bedrooms & living room were spectacular. The balcony had views of the river and beach.

There was nothing we didn't like.
