The toilets looks a bit old and kitchen wares wears off especially the water boiler that already rusted

Location, staffing, pool area and gym.

Apartment a little dated. Mould on some items in bathroom and windows. Air Con leaked onto carpet. Stayed for 6 days but had to top up on supplies like toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc.

We knew that we had booked a room with a view, but we were truly blown away by how incredible it was. The staff were wonderful, and really personalised our experience. There were so many little inclusions that made a luxurious stay - Foxtel movies, full laundry, corner spa, and many more facilities that we didn't have a chance to use. We were blown away by how wonderful our stay was, and we would be happy if we stayed here every time we visited the Gold Coast.

We didn't experience any issues, and the staff were very happy to help if we needed them.

Everything. The location, the views, the space in the apartment. It's located at the quieter end of Surfers Paradise, which was ideal. Lots of shops / cafés within a short stroll. Didn’t get chance to use pool, tennis court, gym etc, but they looked top notch. Very knowledgeable staff. Best view from a bathroom I think I've ever seen.

I would have given 10, but I did have to contact the host a few times to get my security deposit back. Would definitely stay there again next time, and for longer.

booking and connection to staff was seamless and friendly. lots of cupboards in kitchen and bathroom kitchen supplies and crockery were spotless and very well equipped location is fabulous even without any car peaceful surroundings , great views

Bathroom is needing attention and bit of modernising. The Tiles are very tired, inside cupboards are shabby and not very clean, blinds were broken and old style, spa is old. could have been a little more generous with soap supplied main bedroom Tv is dangerous. Easy to bang your head as passing by as it sticks out too far

The location and view from our 9th story apartment was unbelievable. Huge ceiling to floor windows to make the most of the ocean view. Beautifully decorated and classy. Homely touches. All appliances and kitchen equipment you could need. Modern laundry appliances. The whole apartment was so spacious including the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a corner spa. Second bathroom a good size with plenty of cupboard space. Large wardrobes in both rooms, lots of hanging and storage space. Very clean throughout. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean, with comfortable outdoor furniture. Aircon in living area and in each bedroom. Reception very classy. The welcome at Check in from the staff was exceptional with lots of information from the best places to eat out to where the flags were to stay safe. Extremely friendly. Pool, bbq and spas area is huge, modern and clean. A wonderful space, especially for large families, with an alfresco style seating area. Secure car parking and easy lifts.

Single beds in the second room a little uncomfortable, however, still fine to sleep on.

The view was amazing. We didn't have great weather, but it was still an amazing view of the beach and waves, at night and during the day. The outdoor spa that has just been renovated was hot and relaxing. Highly recommend a spa!

It was all good. The only thing was that the pool was being renovated, but I was supposed to know that when I booked. I'm sure when the pool is finished it will be just as amazing as the spa pool and room.

We were in room 42, the three bedroom apartment. If you can afford to pay extra, do it! The most spectacular apartment, views are amazing, plenty of space and feels very private. A short walk to surfers paradise and the facilities were awesome. We used the tennis court, pool, spa pool and gym (all new) and were the only ones using them at the time. Would definitely stay there when we return. Thanks to the host who spent the time on our arrival making us feel welcome and providing us all the information we needed to make the stay enjoyable.

Although it's 'self catering', we stayed 6 days but there were limited soaps, shampoos and dishwasher tablets. We ran out after three days and when we asked for top ups were told we had to provide them ourselves. Pretty poor and a very inflexible 'no' to our request. Should we have made two three-day bookings for the same price in different family member's names? We also had a family member with allergies arrive half way through so had to replace dish cloths - again, we were told that was up to us. Management of this complex was therefore not very helpful or visitor-focussed - the blatant miserliness detracted from the whole experience. For the five star price paid there's a lot of room for improvement...

The staff were great staying around to welcome us after our flight was delayed. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed with a fantastic bbq and pool area. At nights it was quiet and we also had parking included
