The room was spacious and clean, nicely furnished, kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was of high quality. Detergent was supplied for the kitchen and laundry. Much appreciated.

Would have appreciated some basic cooking condiments, eg oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc. Could be useful for some aluminium foil and gladwrap. All this would complete a 'home away from home' feel for us.

Location - walking distance to fab restaurants & cafes, beach for swim & walks and playground for kids. About 2km from surfer's was handy too for touristy stuff. We rented a car from the airport so had the opportunity to drive outta town. Xanadu isn't too far from other fun activities like Currumbin wildlife sanctuary, Tamborine Mountain and all the theme parks. View - we were on level 22 facing the ocean and had an amazing view of the sunrise over the horizon, we also enjoyed the city lights at night. It was lovely having a cuppa and watching people have fun on the beach too. Facilities - pools and games room, great size apartments all kitted out with everything you need including kitchen/laundry etc Staff - super friendly and very helpful. Quiet and friendly residents made our stay even nicer. Bang for buck for sure! Definitely recommend and would return for more family adventures

Shower drainage was terrible which ended up with a flooded floor if I washed my hair. We were naughty and didn't complain so didn't give staff a chance to get problem sorted. When I washed my hair I just turned water off in between rinses, problem solved!

Was an impressive unit with great views. We were on level 10. Good facilities, pool, spa, sauna and gym etc. Right near beach. Also was close to family event.

Only really really picky things. The toilet roll holder not placed well so knee touching when sitting. The roller blind cord in bedroom was too close to drawers so kept getting caught opening and closing drawers. Ice maker not working, but may have been off, as there was a switch inside fridge. But should just work. Would have been nice to have a pod coffee machine. But nice to have. Kitchen well equipped. This was unit 107, others may be different

Incredible views from our room, excellent room for the price and lovely quiet area. We were not disturbed by anyone or any noise issues. Our young kids lived in the indoor pool during our entire stay which was a life saver!

There was quite a lot of mould in the shower in the ensuite that came off on my hands. In the bottom on the door and in the shower door handle.

Everything was great.

Close to everything. Love the view from all our windows my favourite part. Large apartment large rooms. Very comfortable very clean. I rang the desk said we are going out at twelve oclock not a problem your room will be cleaned after twelve. We came home clean apartment linen changed vacuum the floor ect. We have stayed there many times they always welcome us back with home made biscuits lovely touch after a long flight. Kettle on and a biscuit and a cuppa to start the holiday. Lovely touch . Thank you.

The drive way was being done and we could only enter through the underground car parking garage.But that wasn’t to bad.

The location and view were awesome. All of the staff were amazing.

I thought that the bathrooms in our apartment were below par and really good do with a redo.

Our two-bedroom apartment was fantastic. One of the largest we have stayed in, and newly renovated with fresh carpets, large new couch, huge TV and comfy beds. The kitchen was amazing and had all the little things that make a difference - lots of sharp knives, decent appliances, large fridge, chopping boards, heaps of glasses. The views over the beach were lovely to wake up to, and Tedder Ave is just a short walk away with great cafes and restaurants. I would have given the property a 10 if it weren't for the pool and outdoor areas being out of action due to refurbishment. Really bad timing for peak holiday season.

Such a shame the pool and outdoor garden were unavailable due to renovations. And the access to reception is poor during this period.

Fantastic location, the indoor pools were nice and warm and also really enjoyed the spa's didn't try the sauna, even the outdoor pool was a great temperature. I liked how we were notified and kept informed of the upgrades.

While we were given a map of the carpark it would have been helpful if there was a numbers guide on the posts ie carpark 1 to 10 this direction, 20 to 30 this direction etc The toilet in the unit (not the ensuite one) was running practically all the time. The bath in the ensuite had a leaking tap. It would have been nice if there was water in the jug in the fridge. On the upside it was nice to have a cold jug. One of the chairs had torn seat covering and could do with being upholstered.

This place is 10/10! Friendly greeting from staff at check in and check out. Cleanliness was the best I have ever ever ever seen in the many places I've stayed at (top to bottom not a speck of dirt, dust, hair or bugs- and I really looked!!). So close to the beach that you can hear the ocean. HUGE apartments! Close to shops. Love all the little extras like the "welcome back cookies" (YUM) and the bottle of sanitiser/cleaning spray in the kitchen (even though everything was sparkling clean). Lifts were quick and nice smelling foyer areas. Free wifi. Can't fault this place and cant wait to return to see the grounds upgrade completed (minor disruption).

Going home. I wanted to stay foreverrrrrrr!
