We booked two apartments for 2 families for this trip. Very spacious, especially after staying at motels for 4 previous nights. 5 mins walk to the beach, next to Tedder street restaurants and a grocery shop, overall quite convenient. Staff were very friendly, on our last day the front desk lady (sorry I forgot her name) was very kind to let us use the community room for luggage storage which made things a lot easier.

The property is next to a new building project. So could hear some bang bang bang in the morning. The noise level was acceptable when the windows and doors are shut. Nothing for the apartment to change, just a note for reference.

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful view, well maintained, very clean, comfortable and large rooms. Had everything we needed. Would definitely come back. Awesome for families and if you are a large group looking for a place to enjoy. Lovely bbq area, tennis court was great (racquets and balls provided), indoor swimming pool and spa awesome. A great place to socialise and enjoy with family and friends. Restaurants and coffee shops a short walk from location with a small grocery store for those last minute purchases (obviously more pricey due to convenience). Short drives to Surfers Paradise, Sea World and the Australia Fair shopping centre. After a hectic day out it was wonderful to come back and relax on the balcony listening to the sea or go swimming with the kids. Wifi was great, a family of 5 all on devices was awesome. Reception lady was lovely, they have some umbrellas to lend out when it was raining. Everything is so easy and you have all you need to feel at home.

The only suggestion we would make would be to have brighter light (bulbs) in the living room as lighting is dim, and dryer in our room did not dry well. After 2 hours was still damp so we had to hang stuff outside. Otherwise everything else great.

Perfect spot. Beach views. Easy access to restaurants and food shop. Perfect location for getting around gold coast. Easy access to trams. Only walking distance to beach. So much space for our family to relax without being on top of each other. Beds were comfortable. Enough spare blankets for the kids. Fullsize kitchen with enough kitchen ware for the whole family. Dishwasher, full sized fridge, washer and dryer. Good secure undercover parking. Pools and bbq area clean easy access. Definitely stay again. We loved it!

Only being picky.... cookware was worn and no longer non stick. There was a lot of dust build-up. But we get they have a lot of apartments to clean in short amount of time. Ac needs a clean all vents have mould build up.

Excellent location, perfect for a family, we felt very safe. Perfect rooms, very spacious and well set out. Pool facilities were excellent. We had a high van so couldn't park underneath but had no problem getting a park each day in the outside carpark. Excellent restaurants and cafes in walking distance, the surf club was particularly good for the family.

From the online compendium "Additional soaps, shampoo, conditioners, dishwasher powder and toilet rolls are available at reception upon request" but when we asked for more we were given some but told it was only meant to be a starter pack, would be a good idea to update your wording in the compendium as we would have purchased this had we thought it was excluded.

Excellent location close to the beach and restaurants. Units are large and spacious. Views are spectacular

At the premium price of $800 per night and sleeping 6 people, little things like having enough chairs at the balcony table should have been provided. Kitchen equipment was also not commensurate for 6 people… not enough dishwashing tablets or garbage bags, that type of thing. We ended up having to buy oven mitts to use the oven. Unit was not really cleaned out thoroughly…. papers and left over wrappers were found in drawers of the living room and on the floors in one of the rooms. The vanity basin was blocked in the ensuite as well. We have stayed at this property many times and have always been very satisfied. We may have been unlucky with this particular unit.

indoor pool, location, comfortable living room furnishings, kitchen, view was good, large rooms. Very close to Tedder Avenue which was a plus. Very clean. I stayed in a 2 bed/2bath superior ocean view apartment.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable which I found surprising. Air conditioning was outdated and cumbersome...not like the ac featured on their information page on the TV. Entry instructions to get our keys when office closed on our arrival were not posted inside the foyer which led to confusion and lost time. Small housekeeping issues on arrival. No safe in the room for valuables. I normally stay at the Xanadu hotel when I am in Main Beach but wanted to try another hotel and chose Oscar on Main. The apartment was large but in comparison to the Xanadu, it came up short as it needed a bit of updating.

Very spacious modern apartment with indoor pool, washing machine and dryer, car spot, everything you need as a home away from home! It’s also located walking distance to the beach and a great selection of restaurants. The area has a wonderful holiday vibe!

We were on the third floor so no views of sun rise or sunset as per other reviews so that was a huge disappointment as it was the reason I booked. There wasn’t enough supplies eg tea and milk, toiletries (toilet paper 2 rolls, washing powder, dishwashing liquid etc) for our 4 night stay for 5 ppl so we had to ask at reception and it was not open all the time as it was the long weekend. Would have been good if they just had supplied enough as we ended up having to drive to a supermarket to buy these (few km away) during our holiday.

The apartment we stayed in was really nice, well furnished and had a very 'homey' vibe. Loved the view from the balcony, overlooking the beach! The apartment was very close to cafes and the beach. The nearest shops were about 10 mins drive away. Had both indoor and outdoor pools, and tennis courts with complimentary equipment hire! We also rented a cabana for our beach outing, at a very reasonable rate. The apartment also came with parking which was a big plus.

Not all apartments are alike, although our family got lucky with our wonderful apartment, another family travelling together with us got an apartment which wasn't well furnished, and also unfortunately didn't have a great view.

Loved the apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We were on level 7 and had great views to the sea. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The location was central to some great restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

My only complaint was about the wifi, which was not connected for our 3 night stay. We raised it with the lady on reception, however, the issue was never resolved. It wasn’t a huge issue but the resort advertised high speed wifi which just didn’t work.

Location was great! 5min walk to the beach and bus stop for theme park transfers with con-x-ion. Food places are all close by! Ubers to surfers, pacific fair mall no more than $15. Huge 1 bedroom. Lovely staff upon check in. Staff were polite and kind upon check in, very clean property. Pool, spa and steam room were great! Although one elevator was working it didn’t cause any inconvenience to us and were in and out quite a lot. Facilities are all well worth the money. I would stay again for sure!

NOTE: This isn’t the properties fault - previous guests must have been cooking curry and it stunk out the whole room for days! Wasn’t impressed, I think other guests should be more considerate of guests staying after them because not everyone wants to smell curry upon check in, especially since it was our first time in the Gold Coast. Our clothes also stunk of it and I had to wash them. Unfortunate for the hotel as it’s not their fault, so please if you read this be considerate of the guests staying after you! The room was VERY clean so you could tell they done their best to rid the smell of it.
