Stayed in the newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Stunning, very generously sized apartment, had everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen. The newly renovated pool/bbq area including spa was a real hit with the family and many others there also, steam room was a real treat but wish the lights could have been dimmed to help with the relaxation.

Only feedback, the Fan in the second room doesn't work, could have been flat battery remote possibly as this also didnt turn the light on, would have been great to have a lamp in the second and third bedrooms, but these are really minor things and it was such a great stay with the family.

The location was fabulous, right across the road from the Southport SLSC. The views were way up past the Spit to all the way to Rainbow Bay. The superior ocean view did not disappoint...best views we've had. As well as being some distance from other high rises with the camping ground and pine trees below. The outdoor Pool/spa/Bar-b-que area was fantastic too. All beautifully landscaped, 2 large tables for dining, 2 barbies, a glass fronted fridge. The toilets/changing rooms had showers and even a steam room. The spa was deep and perfect temperature. Fabulous!

Nothing really. It's an older building and it showed in our apartment bathrooms but that just reminded me of the classic older home we would stay in when we went to the beach. The size of the apartment and those ocean views more than made up for the bathrooms.

Quiet, well appointed and with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for us as colleagues

Our initial apartment was 'budget' which I didn't realise when I booked - it wasn't clear that I was booking a sub-grade apartment with minimal airconditioning, faults and that hadn't been renovated in over 30 years. The images on the booking.com site are of the better apartments. I requested an upgrade and the staff were amazing in organising a quick changeover. The new apartment was perfect - including aircon in each bedroom and everything in working order.

Beautiful location; walking distance from beach, multiple parks/playgrounds, and food options. Stunning views of beach and marina, huge apartment, modern bathrooms, laundry, dishwasher, super soft beds. Clean, upgraded pool, BBQ, spa area with outdoor showers for a rinse after returning from the beach. Tennis courts at front of property. What a fantastic long weekend! Would definitely return for a visit!

Parking is only 1.95mtr, so if you had a landcruiser , I don't think you'd make it underground but plenty of options towards the rear of the building.

We chose Main beach. Quieter end of Surfers, close to Southport. Easy walk to many restaurants, beach, walking paths. Pool at accommodation was lovely. Tucked away in a nice setting. Heated pool. Room we had offered dual views of river and beach. Staff on site superb. Reception covered M - S, 9-5 which is great for an Apartment. Had a late arrival, a quick phone call had us sorted. Easy access on arrival. Facilities all clean and maintained well for an older building. Our one bedroom apartment was well presented, very spacious with new dining and coffee tables. Bed very comfortable, large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hangers.

No soap or rack in the shower. Furniture in lounge needs cleaning/repairing. White leather worn and black. Dog barking very early in the morning on our level.

Staff were helpful and let us use the pool facilities when we needed to train out later. Pool was awesome, rooms were.beautiful. location perfect. Was a strange smell outside the room, sounded like they were going to fix which is good. Small changes wud have made a big difference- having hooks for towels in the bathroom and a curtain so it's not porno mirror situation when you shower lol. Wish I got app with 2 dbl beds not single beds but that was my mistake. Def would stay again.

Great location, directly across from the beach. 500m to the Main beach restaurants. Close to the major roads/ links to theme parks and other parts of the GC. Spacious apartment with a nice view, more than comfortably accommodated our family of 6. Clean, appropriately appointed and functional. All employee’s were always friendly and helpful, other guests and residents also very pleasant and welcoming.

Great location and view. Very nicely appointed and spacious apartment. The pool and spa and bbq area were also very nice and we enjoyed the tennis court too.

Adults and children doing bombs in the pool. Not enough dishwasher powder or dishwashing detergent for our stay also no handwash in kitchen or bathroom only one soap. A few basic items like olive oil, cracked pepper kitchen paper etc would have been appreciated.

Location, apartment, convenience

The main door didn't open with the digital key a number of times which was annoying. Also on one of the days the main door was broken and so people were using the side door. The owner or the building people should have informed the residents. There was no info and we were left in the dark.

This is not the first time we have stopped at this wonderful holiday experience.You are so close to Beach,Surf club,Marina mirage,Southport yacht club....all within walking distance.We have stayed in various levels of apartments at Deville and they are all Fabulous.The staff are unbelievable,with nothing a problem,and someone available 24 hrs a day.We will definately be back
