the apartment was so beautiful with all amenities one could ask for. the location was really great as well with good view and amazing cafes near by. transportation was not a hassle either having tram station with frequently arriving and departing trams just 5 mins walk away from the hotel.

the name was misleading lmao. also the need for the guests to pay for anything extra like shampoo and soap doesn't seem fair knowing the amount we are paying is not low at all. the size of those amenities were really low considering 5 people living in the apartment for 3 nights and 4 days. the rooms were bit awkward where we did get the beach view we asked for, but it was just a partial view.

This property was wonderful for maybe mature but not disabled . Two lovely pools inside and out but no access for disability. A small stair lift or ramp in the interior would really help . Lack of disability access to pool sadly meant couldn’t use. No brochures for local restaurants in the folders and no brochures for all the tourist places in the foyer . Not really for the children pool toys not allowed

The location was great. It was easy to access to public transport or drive on the main road. It has shops and restaurants on the next street. 2 min walk to the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They gave us good suggestion on where to go and find things we were looking for. Underground lockup parking was a bonus knowing our car is safe and secure. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious with all facilities we needed. It had a great view outlooking the city and beach line. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again and stay longer next time. Thanks.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Everything was exceptional. The apartment was well situated being two minutes to shops, restaurants and to the best bakery. It was beautifully decorated and had a wow factor on first impression. It had everything and more. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well equipped. The indoor pool, spa and sauna were used a lot by our family. The staff were very friendly and accommodating at every question and request. Hopefully one day, we can return to this exceptional apartment.

Close to most things around the around such as shops, beaches, playgrounds and SeaWorld. Love that it was self contained and we had the ability to cook and clean etc. My little ones loved the indoor pool and wanted to go there every day. The parking spaces were spacious and such a lifesaver. Found the beds to be very comfy as well.

The oven was not left in the cleanest condition and we were unable to use it for the duration of our stay. We also woke up to several cockroaches every morning through out the stay.

The apartment was immaculate, neat, and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. The parking was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay."

The only drawback was the noise from nearby construction, which started early in the morning, but that's beyond the control of the accommodation.

Easy access to lots of things; location wise, it offers great views and two pools is always a big plus! While I arrived late at night, when I went to extend my stay the staff was polite and personable. I have enjoyed my balcony and terrace quite a bit and the decor perfectly blends eastern aesthetics with beach comfort. I hope I can come back sometime soon!

Nothing! I couldn’t have asked for a better first time in Gold Coast!!

Location and proximity to the beach, park, restaurants, food shop was great. Very convenient. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed to feel at home. The apartment was also really big, which we loved! I also liked the midweek deal plus the added discount once I logged into my booking.com account. Next time I would pay extra for an ocean view instead of the view to the neighbouring carpark.

Carpet could have been vaccumed better. Everything else was wonderfully cleaned, just the floor wasn't very clean and I noticed crumbs and hair on arrival. Also the clip in the dishwashing powder compartment was broken so dishes didn't get cleaned very well. There isn't airconditioning in every room, so not sure what it would be like in summer as we started at the end of May.

The location was excellent, and the price was great. Very close to surfers, the theme parks etc. Could get most places within 20 mins maximum. Every day when we arrived home from activities we started in the outdoor pool then to the indoor pool then the spa. The kitchen and laundry facilities were great. Beds were suprisingly comfortable as sometimes beds can be terrible at different accommodations. Every night we sat on the veranda and watched the boats, birds and bustle of main beach. It was beautiful.

Perhaps a little dated in decor and some obvious repairs such as a crack in the bedroom wall that was just plastered over. But honestly, this was minor in comparison to everything we loved about this apartment.
