This is a beautiful place to stay in Gold Coast. The self-contained apartment had everything that you could think of for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Our apartment was located on the 17th floor with amazing views of the surfers paradise coastline area, incorporating the city and sections of the ocean as well.. The apartment was well presented, with modern kitchen, furnishings/fittings & facilities. It was very clean, tidy, spacious and with a balcony that included outdoor seating areas and the most amazing views of the Gold Coast. Surfers paradise city, shopping centres, varieties of restaurants & ferry/cruise terminals etc are all located only about 2.5 km from this facility. All this was complimented by excellent reception staff/hosts. Highly recommend!

This property is a real pleasure to stay at! It’s easy to find, it’s a well thought out building (for example, the drop off point at the main entrance allows you to exit your car at either side, which was very important as I was travelling with my elderly auntie who can’t walk far at all), the reception is great, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful! Very tastefully decorated, spotless, extremely comfortable and unbelievably well equipped. The location couldn’t be better…! It’s a 3 minute walk to a great strip of shops, bars and restaurants. Throughly enjoyed the entire stay! Thank you!

This isn’t a ‘didn’t like’… it’s more of a ‘could do with’… hand rails in the shower. My auntie isn’t good on her feet and said she would’ve liked a grab rail to make life a bit easier, but that’s the only niggle about the entire stay.

Clean, well furnished and equipped one-bed apartment with ocean and river views from the balcony. Around the corner from Tedder Avenue with its shops and restaurants and a short walk across the road to the Main Beach ‘G: Link’ light rail. Lovely walks in nearby parkland and along the beach path to Main Beach Pavilion and the Surf Life Saving Club. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon when reception was closed and so accessed our key via a key safe by the main door. Lovely welcome the following morning from on-site Managers who were very helpful throughout our stay. On-site underground secure parking for our rental car was a bonus.

Nothing really. We had wooden slatted blinds on all windows. If morning light bothers you, check in advance whether this applies to the bedroom of the apartment you will be staying in.

The location was great, and a walking distance to shops and restaurants and to the tram. We particularly appreciated the fact that the apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. A massive bonus was the beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace. The kitchen was well appointed; it had all you need for a short stay. We had limited interaction with the reception staff due our arrival time but the instructions we received were clear and the person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and professional. We unfortunately didn't have the time to use the indoor pool or the gym, but these areas also looked well maintained. It exceeded our expectations thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, we will be back.

There was nothing not to like.

The Crest is a wonderful place. loved the view from our balcony on level 17. The indoor pool is heated beautifully for when it's a bit to cool to use the outdoor pool. The staff are so friendly especially Laura. The apartment was great, had everything we needed for our stay. Close to the light rail if you want to go to Pacific Fair without dealing with the traffic. This was our second stay & plan on coming again soon. We use to stay at the Bel Air apartments but they got stingy with a few things, like the wifi was so bad you couldn't stream Netflix & the indoor pool wasn't the warmest. They also took away the 2pm check in & made it 3pm. 😔

The location is great and the views were awesome. We got a 2br apartment for my husband, daughter and I and it was great having 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and lounge. The pool is great, we spent a lot of time there. Having the shops and restaurants just up the road at Tedder Ave was handy - so good to walk up there for a bite to eat or some simple groceries. We also walked to Sea World from the apartment too. The air-con was really good and powerful - probably just a bit noisy but it was 'white noise' and not distracting. We'll be back.

Bright airy apartment. Close to Main Beach. Easy to walk to Beach and shops and restaurants in the local area. Very quiet at night. Lovely staff . Good facilities especially the indoor heated pool, and the full sized kitchen. Close to Southport and Surfers Paradise. We would definitely stay here again

The only minor niggle which is a personal option is the hard mattress. We prefer something a little softer.

Complementary vouchersX2 for The Winay Cow, a well-known bistro for brunches. A stroke away to Main beach which can easily make your morning running. The Crest does have the charm of those high-end apartments built around 1990s, that is generous space inside building's public and private areas. Facilities including tennis course are well maintained and easily accessible at a negligible cost (for stay-in guests). Overall the stay at Crest made my holiday.

The receptionist was lovely, very quite apartment, having a heated pool, spa and sauna was great for the colder weather.

I arrived after hours and someone was in my carpark space but rang the number and it got sorted that I was able to park in anotyer space, the guy I spoke to was very apologetic but was not his fault

Very spacious and lovely view of the pool area. Nice and quiet and easy to get to from underground carpark. Short walk to beach and Tedder Avenue shops. Reception lovely and very helpful.

Furniture a bit tired and broken seat on balcony. Shower leaking in ensuite bathroom. All easy fixes that we reported to reception as perhaps previous guests did not bring to their attention. What they don’t know they can’t fix.
