The location and staff were excellent. We could walk to cafes and to the beach. The facilities were good. We also liked the spaciousness of the apartment.

The wifi was terrible and we could not get free to air television at first. The staff worked hard to rectify this. The oven and dishwasher were very old. They worked but you could not read the temperature on the dials of the oven and the door did not close properly.

We had an amazing stay at Norfolk Luxury Beachfront Apartments! The apartment was clean, tidy, and incredibly spacious, with full kitchen facilities and a large balcony overlooking the stunning beachfront. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They provided helpful local entertainment tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Michael, who went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. He was thoughtful, kind, and accommodating to our requests, and even recommended some fantastic nearby restaurants.

Fantastic location with great views of the beach. The apartment was roomy enough for a family with 3 teenagers, with a great layout. There were plenty of essentials in the apartment and a few additions that demonstrated that thought had been given as to whom might be staying there. The pool area was great with a lot of chairs and space being made available. All rooms air conditioned with fans also available and plenty of storage space.

The only suggestion I would have is to have some security measures put in place on the bedroom windows.

Apartment was good, although meagerly stocked, eg two sachets of dishwashing liquid etc for a week long stay. Enough cooking utensils to cater for a family

While we had a good stay, it was marred by a couple of things. Firstly there are two major building sites within 100 meters of the apartment so they were both noisy during the day. The security in the apartments was so tight that in certain areas the key fob did not work and I had to climb over a wall to get out as attempts to get attention/help failed. ( I am not young and forgot my mobile phone.) All in all good, but it might be good to check the building works.

Excellent location. Apartment was huge and comfortable with everything you could need. Michael was very helpful and organized a different car space as our car was too big to fit in the allocated one. View was beautiful. Loved that there was a tv in every bedroom. Has 180 degree views which was fantastic. So close to shops on Tedder avenue. Beach just across the road. We also had a gorgeous magpie nest in the tree outside and got to watch the babies which was wonderful.

Not something that can be done anything about but another apartment was constantly smoking on their balcony so we couldn’t have the balcony doors open because of the smell which was a bit annoying.

The location was perfect! Exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price. Check was straight forward, the host Mike gave me all the information I needed and was also able to change my bedding arrangements at short notice. The apartment was lovely very spacious and the view was amazing, the fridge had an ice machine and the table was nice and big! Thank you very much Mike, my wife and I will be recommending you to our friends

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartments next door to each other for our Senior School Volleyball team. Michael was very helpful before our stay with several phone calls to ensure we had the bed configuration we needed for our group. Kitchen areas were very well equipped to cook for our group of 10 people. 2 bathrooms for each apartment made life simple so we could get back to our Tournament fast.

3B apartment was stunning (No23) - plenty of room for 6 adults, furniture was beautiful, beds very comfortable. Everything you need in a home a way from home. Full size fridge/freezer w/ice maker/water, washer/dryer etc. Great view of the beach and surrounds, straight across the road (1min walk), lifeguard stationed directly in front added bonus. Pool and BBQ facilities great + tennis court. *Michael was wonderful - told him what tours we were looking at and he did all the hard work sorting them for us while we went off and did other things😍 Definitely stay again

Only negative was no air-conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms. Got very hot up one end of apartment until the night seabreezes kicked in.

The apartment was huge, bathrooms were great, the 3 bedrooms all had a balcony each, so we all could separate for some downtime within the apartment. We didn't use the facilities, only a quick trip, but they looked great. Great location.

Unfortunately, there were two new constructions going on directly in front and next too, so it was very loud through the day, and they started work at 6am, but no fault of Norfolk, just bad timing.

The location was excellent, with a patrolled beach straight across the road, with a traffic light crossing right out front as well. A short walk to the local shops and restaurants, with a leisurely 25 minute stroll along the beach to Surfers Paradise shops. The reception staff were excellent, friendly and able to assist in recommending things to do and the purchasing of tickets directly. The apartment was very spacious and had everything supplied. A great poolside area with pool, spa, sauna, BBQ area and tennis court. Able to watch the whales swim by from the balcony.

Nothing not to like, trip could have been longer.
