The apartment was so spacious and very quiet. Super close proximity to the beach, shops, cafes/restaurants and only a 5-20min drive to get to all other locations and activities we wanted to do. Having parking included made life so much easier. The pool and BBQ facilities were fantastic!

While the apartment was tidy and clean, there was some room for improvement with the kitchen utensils and crockery. One of the quilt covers also had some old stains on it. It would have been good to have been provided a broom or vacuum to help us keep the place clean during our week stay too.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, and the facilities were great (pools, tennis court etc). It's in a good location with a lovely sea view. The apartment is really spacious and was perfect in terms of size for our group of 3 adults & 2 kids. The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful.

The second bedroom was directly off the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining, only separated by lightweight louvre doors, so this room was very noisy. There was also construction going on just over the road which started early in the morning, and there was hammering / building work in a nearby apartment which was also noisy, so all this really disrupted our sleep.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The three bedroom apartment was great perfect for me and my family. There was plenty of room , beds were comfy great view from both balconies. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great also the bbq area. I highly recommend staying here if your looking for a quiet getaway with the family. There is plenty to do beach and shops just a walk down the road.Can't wait to book my next stay here again.

Wasn't able to do much cooking in the apartment due to very sensitive smoke alarms . But we didn't have a problem cooking down in the bbq area.

Great location next to restaurants on Tedder. Nice indoor pool area for swimming. Big apartment.

Communication could be better. I was advised to pop into reception for check-in and replied that I "will be there around 4.30pm. Is the reception open 24hours?". My message remains unanswered. My flight was delayed and got there at 5.20pm, expecting reception to still be open, but they were closing at that time, and the receptionist told me he had been waiting for me!

Fantastic Location and great facilities. Room was clean, feature packed with high end whitegoods. Views were spectacular. Value for money was there.

1. Mattresses were very firm (cheap).. 2. There was only a very small 80l hot water tank for the whole unit. Being a 3br, 80l is too small. We ran out of hot water every day. But it didnt take too long to heat more, we just had to wait. 3. The layout of the rooms seems odd: The main bedroom with ensuite had only a double bed, yet a king in the 2nd bedroom with no ensuite.

What a fabulous property. The beds are comfortable, the shower heads and the bath tub is amazing, the location is perfect, easy to access to trams, not to far from the beach, amazing array of restaurants close by. Highly recommend this property.

The bare minimum starter pack. We stayed for 5 days but had 1 dishwasher tab. Would be good to have a dishwasher tab per day. Had to go buy a whole pack for the 5 days.

Location was great near Tedder Ave close to cafes, beaches etc. had everything we needed (except a pizza oven tray). Modern, convenient, warm beds in winter, easy parking (2m and suitable for a 4wd) friendly staff. Washing/dryer convenient.

Construction across the road woke us every day at 6am (except Sunday). We decided to eat in one night with a frozen pizza and no oven trays. Indoor pool felt cold to the touch, and the spa had a level of grime so we didn’t use it.

Nice big apartments, got everything you need e.g. kitchen, laundry. Good value for money if you’ve got a big family

Didn’t get the room we paid for, was quickly resolved and was able to move rooms however, we still didn’t get the room we paid for. Wasn’t overly clean, the shower was filled with dirt and sand. No aircon in one of the bedrooms, and no fly screens so was very hot. Pools were dirty and not very inviting, especially the indoor pool the bottom was covered in dirt.

There is nothing i can fault with the accommodation and the residence i stayed in. Very clean and really felt like home.

I would have given it a 10 of 10 but the internet didn't work and we spent the 7 days there without internet. Admittedly they attempted to fix it but worked out it needed an electrician as the place was renovated and the cabling of the internet where tampered with by the tradespeople. This is the only negative i can give.

Location, carpark good size. With a skilled driver you can fit a Dodge Ram 1500. All the permanent residents we met were very friendly and happy. Comfortable beds.

Only one lift working. Poor buggers it’s been down 3 weeks. Still beats using the stairs. The furnishings need replacing especially the couch. We cleaned the filters in the air conditioners but they were not very cold. No air con in 2 and 3rd bedroom and no fan in 3rd bedroom. Have stayed in other apartments here and they have all had cold air cons and or fans.
