Location and facilities. The pool and spa were perfect temperature even for winter.

Our apartment needed a little extra love, a good dust and the ensuite shower and shower curtain were dirty (hair and mold). We had to handwash every plate, bowl, glass and all utensils before we could use them as there was dried food on them, particularly between the tines of the forks. It was gross. The washing machine spin was terrible as well. I had to wring out the clothes before I could hang them, they were sopping. Luckily we had family staying next door and I used their washing machine every other time.

-Location, we booked this accomodation for the GC marathon weekend. The proximity to the race precinct is great, no need to fuss about with transport on the morning of your race. -Great selection of cafes and eateries just a few steps away in Tedder Ave. -Close to the tram lines if you want to travel anywhere on the coast. -Close to main beach - The room itself was equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and also had a washing machine and dryer.

Cleanliness, the room definitely needed a good clean. The floors and some of the linen was dirty.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. The equipment in the kitchen was adequate although if I had the family with me it wouldn’t have been enough. Good sized fridge. Having the washer and dryer was excellent

Not having proper curtains or blinds in the lounge was surprising, specially as the unit is on the ground floor. There were sun screen blinds for the day however at night you could see right into the unit if the lights were on.

Loved the size of the apartment and the location. Pool and spa were great too. Quiet and walking distance to many areas including surfers paradise. Beach nearby was lovely and plenty of great playgrounds around. Loved that we had laundry facilities in the apartment too. We had a great stay.

Small things we didn't like.. it was a bit dated. We fixed the toaster which was shorting while we were there. Main bed was too soft for us. Basic supplies for our 9 night stay so we had to buy toilet paper, soap etc. Otherwise it was great

The location was absolutely marvelous with a whole lot of cafes and restaurants within a short walk but also the shopping and themeparks are also a relatively short drive (especially Seaworld). The apartment was very well presented with nice beds and furniture and also a good kitchen with pots and pans and dishes etc when you need to prepare family meals. A lovely communal swimming pool and spa are there too and secure parking facilities in the basement.

My big problem was we were in the third floor and there are only stairs so had to do multiple walks up and down the stairs with heavy bags in the heat which was not the best experience. Would have been great if there was an elevator there. Also the policy to not clean the room if the stay was less then 10 days means you have to take out your own rubbish and make beds etc. which you don't really want when on holiday.

Excellent location for a Main Beach stay. Unit was functional with laundry facilities and a good sized balcony. Pool area and surrounds were well maintained. Attention to problems with wifi and access to tv was attended to promptly. Secure clean car parking included in cost of stay.

Attention to some minor issues could have made our stay better. There was no hair dryer and tissues, both of which are usually staples in all holiday accommodation. Some hooks in the bathroom would assist with somewhere to put towels when using shower. Although the low rise aspect of the building is a plus in some ways, the stairs may be a consideration for some guests.

Fantastic family accommodation. Lovely area, quiet but close to shops and public transport. Pool and spa were well maintained and leafy grounds were gorgeous. Everything you need is provided, including a washing machine and dryer. Thank you George and Stacey we will definately stay here again.

Location was great, great facilities, staff were super friendly and helpful, close to everything 😀

No hair-dryer and DVD player didn't work..TV was very patchy but they were minor things as we spent most of our time out exploring. We noticed that the lights in one bedroom and the lounge room were working off the same remote so it was a bit annoying when you wanted the lounge light on but the bed light off.

George and Stacey were the most warm and accommodating managers. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was clean and well kept. Quiet surrounds and only a 2 min walk to beach and Tedder Ave. Pool and bbq facilities were well kept and lovely to spend time at during our stay. We will be back.

Great size rooms! Although the apartments were a little older, they were spotless and clean. The pool was heated and it was in a quiet location.

Part of the conditions were to empty the bins etc. we had limited toilet paper and the reception wasn’t open past 11am on the weekend to get any more.
