Amazing location walking distance to beach, cafes, shops and restaurants. Undercover secure parking is very convenient. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and quiet. Air conditioning was very pleasant. Washer and dryer in the room was very convenient to have. Ocean views let me check out the surf every morning. Wifi worked great and we had a smart tv with internet connection.

To set the right expectation, note that these are not like regular hotel rooms, it's a residential building where some units are made available for tourist stays. Our room was a bit run down, the kitchen was functional but the available wares and utensils were not great, and the fridge worked fine but leaked a bit of water from the bottom. Bathroom was clean but also a bit run down and the shower head a bit flimsy. The queen mattress was worn out and a bit soft; we also had initially the sofa set up as an additional bed, but it was very uncomfortable to sleep on; however, we did ask if they had something else and the staff was very understanding and set us up with another rollaway bed that was much better.

The apartment was a perfect size. Had everything I needed and wanted. My expectations where meet. The place was well keeped Clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and loved that we where able to wash and dry our cloths, Lounge was very comfortable. Perfect view from the verandah and the price was good. The staff where polite and very accommodating. The Car park was easy to access as was the lift up to the rooms. All round I give the place a 10 out 10. The only bad thing I could say is it didn't have a gym. But that is not a big deal. I was on hoilday and I wasn't to worried about my fitness level. I was to busy having fun. Thanks heaps I will be back one day soon if you have the availability. 😎💓

Great apartment. All mod cons. Very nice bedroom, comfy bed, clean and fresh white linens. Lovely balcony and decent view (we were in room 702) either side of the high rise in front of us - still got a nice view of the ocean and beach. Excellent parking set up. SMART TV’s in lounge and bedroom with Netflix and Prime links. Also YouTube and Stan, etc. Check-in and check-out staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely pool with shaded area and sun loungers. Excellent water temperature.

The only negative was poor wifi. The ‘public Maldives’ wifi was just about ok but occasionally unstable. The SMART TV’s were connected separately and at times would show a pixelated picture. It supported Netflix most of the time but did buffer quite a few times.

Excellent location. We walked into surfers paradise every afternoon and it was only 25 minutes one way. Great views of the beach (we were on the 12th floor) with floor to ceiling glass in the living area b

It is very crowded with all the unnecessary furniture. The air con is set and you can’t change it. Unfortunately it was freezing cold especially at night so had to wear socks and put the doona on when having the fan on would have been enough. It was also a very noisy system with it cluncking on and off all night and day to maintain the set temperature. It is looking a bit old and outdated but was clean.

Great location which was far enough from the main road not to hear any traffic and also the noise of Surfers Paradise, yet close enough to walk to the beach and of all the shops and cafes of Tedder Ave. The apartment was very clean and functional with all you could want for a self catering stay in a moderately priced resort. The pool and heated spa and spacious private balcony area are a bonus feature.

Nothing to complain about really. My only issue was no dishcloth provided for handwashing dishes and no facility to chromecast my streaming services as the TV was not a new model but these were no biggies.

Fantastic location, only 1 block to the beach and 1 block to Tedder Ave for eating out and small grocery market. We stayed 2 nights so didn't need to more groceries however if we needed more groceries coles and woollies are only a couple of km away. Easy to walk along beach front to Surfers or hire bike. Apartment was roomy for 2 people or a 3rd. Lovely balcony. Pool and spa area was clean and relaxing

Trundle bed was very uncomfortable for our 3rd person. Updated trundles with thicker mattress would be great. We ended up borrowing a trundle from friends who live nearby which was the same overall size however mattress quality much better.

Great amenities inside our unit and staff were incredibly helpful on the couple of occasions we interacted with them. Amazing location so close to restaurants and the beach - we didn't use our car for the 3 nights we were there. Fantastic sea views from our lounge room & balcony (not uninterrupted, but you still see plenty of ocean & beach).

On level 15 there was a bit of a smell in the lift area stemming from the rubbish chute. The provided free WiFi was terrible and mobile reception was weirdly bad in the hotel for us as well - it would usually load but was just annoyingly slow (it can be good to be forced off the internet for a few days though!)

The room was cosy and homely. It was great to be able to cook meals in the kitchen. Location was great, and was a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. We loved the morning sun coming in through the windows every morning, and the airconditioner works very well - almost too well! Checkin and out was easy, and the reception staff were super friendly. Bed was also clean and comfy.

I don't really have much to complain about because it was a light and comfy place, with easy check in and an alotted car space. However, it could be even better if a little bit more was put into a deeper clean and just ensuring that all amenities either work or are fully stocked. I.e toilet paper/laundry detergent. Bedding was clean though - that matters to me a lot.

Perfect location if you want to stay in a quiet place, very close to a beautiful street with plenty of places to have dinner or a good breakfast. Close to Surfers Paradise if you want to do some shopping or walk by the beach. Good sized rooms with a nice view. Swimming pool in good condition, there was also a smaller one with hot water all day, both very clean. Easy check in and check out. Had basement parking so that’s always better than to try and find street parking. Had an issue with microcrowave but was promptly resolved.

Room needed a little more cleaning; some places with dust and carpet could use a deep vacuuming and/or steam cleaning.
