Well the thing that I really did like the most was just how much space and room I had in my apartment and also the location of the building, it was very central to the city.

Well if I really had to choose something, it would be that the gymnasium didn't have as much gym equipment as I thought it would. I was thinking that there would be a lot more weights equipment.

It's the perfect spot. Just a 5 minute walk from the main sights and sounds of Surfers Paradise, and also enough distance from it if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The customer service and response times to queries were excellent.

Not exactly a dislike, just a comment: It's great value for money with decent rooms and facilities, but don't expect 5-Star level amenities. I enjoyed my stay nonetheless.

communication with Tony right from the beginning was fantastic. as we were arriving late everything was easy. met with Tony the day after we arrived and he was very helpful and friendly. the apartment was on the 17th floor and perfect. loved the water pressure in the shower. I had read some bad reviews about this place but our apartment was a fantastic one. and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is at a great location. Grocery shops, pharmacy, restaurants, wine shops, beach, bust stop and tram station are very close to the property. The rooms are very spacious and balcony have a nice view.

The balcony was unclean and wall fixtures like remote holder and some other wall hanging items are very loose.

I like the convenience of the location, the design of the apartment, the kitchen, the Availability of information and the reminders.

I couldn't remember anything i didn't like.

Property was clean, beds and couch comfy. Pool area was great. Overall very nice

Only fault no tv in bedroom but hey I was that worn out from our days it wasn’t that bad. Pet friendly would be a bonus

Apartment hadn’t been used for a while so was very dusty We had to wipe the apartment over when we got there

How close it was

On a Sunday they are closed but it doesn’t say that they are closed on the website so I had to wait for someone to come check us in

Pool was heated which was nice and having washer and dryer in the room was a bonus also.

Can be little loud sometimes at night with cars as its by a major road
