We were met in office by friendly helpful Jane who gave us the keys and information needed. The sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on with the extra mattress, the bedroom and lounge room noise could not be heard between them. The walls were thick and the place only had a few storeys being older was not fitted with AI which was a healthy option as both my friend and I are sensitive to electromagnetic radiation and did not experience any uncomfortable symptoms from exposure there. The view overlooking the pool and the palms and quiet street was pleasant and we were the first street where you could walk or drive over the bridge to go to the gold coast highway. The airconditioner washing machine and all the electrical items worked well, the sheets and blankets were clean the clothes rack was handy on the balcony and great to have the extra outdoor chairs and table.

The carpet was old and flat which made it difficult to clean or it may have needed a shampoo. For the price it was ok to have a bathroom and kitchen where some floor tiles were chipped and the supplies of all that was needed to stay in the bathroom and kitchen was generous and adequate and even some laundry detergent to start off with was good.

Fully self contained with enough room for me and a toddler. Everything we needed in the room. Comfortable set up with everything being accounted for. Great price for 6 nights last minute- very good value for money and in a good location that's quiet for toddler

Weren't able to use the streaming on the TV because they have 100MB limit which isn't sufficient- this made it quite difficult to set the toddler up in the living room without having to just hotspot to my ipad from my phone. No elevator which meant having 4 flights of stairs and needing to try and carry bag and toddler by myself downstairs. Small amount of parking.

Great location just a few minutes walk to Surfers Paradise and 10 minutes from the beach. Staff at check in were friendly and gave clear instructions. Apartment itself was a good size with a balcony area to sit out and overall cleanliness was good. Underground car parking a definite bonus!

The apartment itself was dated and in need of a bit of TLC from general wear/tear. Wifi also wasn't great but this may have been because I was on the top floor.

The property was nice and spacious. The decor was nice and fitting for the Gold Coast location and was reasonably quiet and peaceful even though it was in the heart of gold coast with only a 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave.

The only issues was the smell in the stairwell stunk of smelly feet from someone's cooking 24/7 and seemed ingrained in air.

Had everything we needed. Great location. Washer and dryer a plus. Excellent equipment in kitchen. Quiet. Property is extremely well maintained. Secure parking was a bonus.

Internet was weak and we really were only able to have a half decent connection in one place in the apartment.

Good location to beach and walk into Surfers Paradise. Good self contained facilities - kitchen utensils, microwave, good size fridge, washing & dryer. Pool area and general surrounds felt clean and fresh.

The location was fantastic: a short walk over the bridge to Surfers Paradise. The room was good, but the sofa bed was slightly damaged. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was awesome. Security cameras made the property feel safe and secure.

The Wifi connection was poor in our room location, so I used my hotspot most of the time. The outdoor chairs on our balcony weren't very comfortable.

The location was perfect so close to everything we needed. The apartment was cosy and clean and had all the amenities we required.

The sofa was uncomfortable this was likely due to it being sofa bed. That’s the only thing not great

Loved the apartment..very clean and comfortable, central to lots of things (beach, shops, etc). Secure Parking was fantastic.

The only complaint was lack of internet and phone reception. We had to go outside by the pool to make calls. This issue was due to the location of the unit, not the availability.

The interior was was actually more modern than I had anticipated. Really nice one bedroom had all you need for travel. Really enjoyed meeting the host, she’s a lovely person and will personally stay there again if I was to go back to the gc

Walls can be thin but not an issue tbh
