Location was amazing, right next to everything and a short walk to the Main Street at surfers. Was right next to a tram and bus stop so easy to get around. Room was awesome, had everything we needed and really made it feel like you were living the good life. Super clean and great vibes.

Communication about how to get the keys and where to go. The receptionist at the place we were at was awful and didn’t help at all but we managed to find the right place to go to get the keys and it was good from there. Would be awesome if it was a little clearly that you had to go to the holiday paradise office before the hotel to get keys. Would have also been good to have clear instructions on what keys to use where as it was a little confusing.

I loved how it was get your key and not have to interact with people as I am a very shy person and not good with interacting with other. That’s the location was perfect for us to get around and not have to use the rental car very much. Also that the whole building was nice and clean. The signs around the place was very clear and understandable.

The only thing that was hard was the parking for picking up the keys as a tourist it was confusing and very stressful. I would suggest people to drive to the coles car park and walk to collect their keys from the pick up point as we found it easier that way and les stressful trying to find a car park. That it wasn’t fully stocked with the basic e.g toilet paper and conditioner etc so we have to spend money on things that we thought was provided.

Loved the apartment size, how clean, everything we needed, location, shops, and retail and restaurants all within 5 minutes, ease of tram access. Woolworth across the walkway. Aqua duck downstairs, slingsgot across the road, great facilities, 3 pools, spa, sauna, gym, arcade, massage chairs and bbq area, cinema and observation deck. Honestly, the best stay on the GC. Birds on the deck and fabulous table outside to have drinks or eat off.

Lifts, they have a mind of their own, Party central over the weekends, but excellent vibes.

This was hands down the best place we’ve stayed at on the Gold Coast — Circle on Cavill Surfers Paradise Apartment - Holiday Paradise truly lives up to its name! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning ocean and city views. Watching the sunrise from the balcony each morning was absolutely magical. The apartment was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, which made it incredibly comfortable for our whole family. The separate bedrooms offered privacy, while the open-plan living and dining area gave us a great space to relax together. Everything was spotless and well-equipped — from the kitchen appliances to the laundry facilities — which made our stay super convenient, especially when traveling with kids. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better. Being right in the heart of Surfers Paradise meant we were just steps away from shops, restaurants, and public transport. The light rail (L1, 2, 3) made getting around so easy, and yet the apartment itself was peaceful and quiet. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. They even gave us some great local tips that made our trip even better. We travel often, but this place really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay on the Gold Coast.

the location I think is the best thing about this place. the host and people that handle email and texts also very helpful. I really enjoy it, and definitely would consider renting here again, the price and everything is perfect for me too.

The apartment itself is very great, but the bathroom is quite inconvenient. since I stay with family, it's fine, but the way the bathroom door doesn't have a lock can be a problem for someone. personally, I don't mind though. And the internet is not the best, but it's alright

Apartment was clean and nicely set up. Sofa was new and could be extended out to lie on. Views out towards the CBD and ocean was refreshing even from 3 blocks out from the beach. Facilities provided by the Mantra building was a good bonus with saunas, outdoor pool and a indoor pool for later in the evening. Kitchen had a full complement of dining wares. Comes with a washer and dryer. Netflix was available to entertain people. Spa bath was available.

All rooms in the hotel does get toasty during the summer mornings so you need the Aircon redirected to the northern rooms. Would have like to see full coverage of bathroom blinds.

Loved the apartment, perfect spot and even better spot of the ocean. Would defiantly want the same apartment again for our next trip. Perfect kitchen, if you want to cook or eat out plenty of options.

We didn't like how the company that was looking after the apartment operated. Communicated through text, wouldn't take calls. Had to text card details through text, wouldn't do over phone. No way of speaking to someone on call, all through text message and had to hope they responded. Too many text messages enquiring when we would be picking up/dropping off keys but no communication back when we had an issue.

The property had everything we needed, was clean, spacious (even for a family of 5) and in the perfect location. We flew to the Gold Coast from Sydney so didn’t have a car, we could walk to everything we needed but also had the tram station out the front, and a bus stop at the back of our building. If we booked another stay in the Gold Coast, we would stay here again! The kitchen was well equiped and having a washer and dryer for clothes was a god send!!

I honestly can’t think of anything to improve the property.

The size of the apartment was huge and the views were stunning. (Apartment 1374 - on the 37th Floor on South Tower) So much room for large family of seven. The covered balcony has a large table that comfortably fits 8 likewise with the indoor dining. Kitchen has double size fridge and the hotel facilities are fantastic, including three pools, gym, spa, sauna steam room and sunloungers. We also got free underground car parking. The location can not be beat. Centre of everything Surfers has to offer - and the view is 300degrees. You can look straight down Cavil Av to Surfers Main Beach. Oh this place was truly a multi-million dollar property.

Possibly a few extra wine glasses - but honestly that was minor - everything we needed was at our fingertips anyway.

Great views, quiet 36th floor, 50% sale, Woolworths and restaurants close, lovely bath and spa, great indoor heated pool

Room key problems: -hard to obtain from external office eg "off" didn't work twice -not clear which key to use for room -hard to open door, requiring many attempts to get optimal technique ... but eventually all sorted out at 10pm... and all problems forgotten when we entered our lovely room.
