Beautiful apartment. Very clean inside. Great view. Had everything we needed, full kitchen, comfy lounge, big tv, 2 bathrooms and a laundry. Location is excellent. Have stayed in this building many times and will be back many more times. Easy to pick up keys from nearby.

There is literally only one bad thing about the apartment. The verandah was infested with cockroaches once it got dark. We bought some spray and gave it a thorough spray and killed about 50 on the first night, it wasn't as bad after that. I understand roaches are common in coastal areas but it needs to be professionally sprayed so the verandah can be usable at night. There were none inside the apartment at all.

Great view, location and it was very clean

There was a big group of us and we requested that the extra beds be made (which reception said they received), but unfortunately the cleaner didn't. Waited over an hour for sheets and we had to make the beds ourselves.

The location was great, right amongst everything in Surfers Paradise and with all conveniences nearby. It was fabulous to have a car park included in the price. A lovely balcony off the living room meant it was nice to be able to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. Easy walk to the tram stop which was very convenient and cost-effective way of travelling to the other beach locations that were further out.

On Friday and Saturday nights the street noise from restaurants and other venues was very loud inside our apartment. Not sure of this was because we were lower down on the 6th floor, however we were grateful it wasn't every night of the week as it was very loud to try and get to sleep. Being full length windows with only blinds, it was also very bright as the sun came up, so there was no sleeping in at all!

The location and facilities were amazing and exceeded our expectations.

There were a few issues within the apartment, such as the drier broken, and some flooring strips that has screws sticking out, these were brought to the attention of management and fixed. Other issues were some basics to cook in oven were not available (such as an oven tray) and the oven was slow to cook on fan bake. Door to bathroom was broken so rattled alot.

The view was exceptional. We stayed in 1 bedroom ocean spa and the property is very spacious.

The TV internet connection was lagging, my husband logged into his YouTube account and it took a while to get into it. The common area where the lifts to the South Tower smelled like urine and there were some rubbish like food wraps, used tissues and food scraps left in the lift foyer area. This is probably left by other guests of the hotel/airbnb. Suggestions for the cleaners to man that area occasionally.

Fantastic location. In central Surfers Paradise and walking distance to pretty much everything. good sized appartment and well equipped. Nice pools and facilities.

Being in central Surfers it was very noisy, especially on Market nights and weekends. Apartment was a bit worn out with cracking in the walls and the laminate peeling off the cabinetry in the kitchen. It was very neat and tidy though

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Top value for money, close to all facilities and the view to the beach was sensational. Love the small kitchen , could prepare meals everyday. Free car parking down stairs at no extra charge

We couldn’t sit out on the balcony as often as we liked as there were people next floor up kept on smoking. We thought that this was disgusting and was unpleasant. We took it to management at Q- Stay and complained several times and said the apartments were strictly non smoking. They gave us security number and we complained to them they just said it wasn’t there problem. There needs to be more pro active on the part of management. So we were angry and seems to us that no one cared. It was noisy at night from outside but we can’t control that. The button on the toilet was really hard to flush. It needs changing.

The location was great. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed and more. We were on the 58th floor and the views were fantastic. We were on an end apartment and had views of the ocean right down to Tweed Heads and right up to Straddie and then all along the river and canals and hinterland. We spent a lot of time watching the world go by. Woolworths downstairs came in very handy for any incidentals that you may have forgotten, and there was a good variety of casual restaurants within walking distance as well as bowling and mini golf. Great place for a stay in surfers.

The lounge in the living room was very, very low and extremely difficult to get out of. We are both in our sixties and one of us has a back injury so we didn't sit on the lounge because we knew we could not get up again. The unit was immaculate but I did find a used bandaid on the floor of my bedroom. We DIDN'T let these two things affect our stay. We had a great stay in a beautiful apartment, and will definitely return for another stay.

Location- so close to everything View- Breathtaking (Amazing) enjoying the view every morning breakfast (Sunrise) and Sunset Staff- very friendly and helpful

The woman next door apartment was very rude, stick her head next to our balcony (few times) told us to be quite- I was on the phone talking normally. Scared us! She even called the security and we got harassed :(. Family of 5, hardly in the apartment as we are all day out exploring and sleeps early. Thankfully after talking to the lovely and helpful Staff in the reception she stopped. It would have been an amazing stay if it wasn’t for this.

The location and Circle on Cavill leisure amenities.

It was noisy and the blinds do not stop the flashing lights from the crane bungy, blackout curtains would help. A little more washing powder and dishwasher powder and a few spare loo rolls would be good
