Great location close to surfers.

Main bed was a little hard but all in all stay was good.

location was extremely good. Near to surfers parade, just a few minutes walk away from all the shops pubs and everything. the views from one bed spa aprtment was great. The apartment was one of the most pratical places i found in surfers. it has cutlery, fridge, microwave. laundry facilities avaible separately from the room. have plenty of storage and living space. This has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Car park was secure, had lift from car park.

Only down side was the apartment look very old and not very clean. the bed and shower was however very clean. but the living area, couches made me not want to sit on them because they looked dirty. tile floor felt sticky. The toilet seat was not clean/ wiped well upon my arrival.

The location is brilliant, walking distance to tourist attractions, trams and buses, Cavill Ave shopping, and Surfers Paradise beach. The rooms are spacious and quiet. We had great views over the river. Staff are lovely and professional.

The rooms are a little "dated" and accessibility can be an issue for people with injuries as there are stairs inside apartments into living rooms, and stairs into the shower area. Make sure you inform reception when booking so you can get a room that meets your accessibility requirements. If you plan on cooking in your apartment make sure you bring or buy plenty of oil for it- the cookware is basic and not non-stick.

The views amazing. Comfortable spacious 1 spa bedroom with a view. Fit a family with 3 children easy as the sofa couch folds out and there's a spare cot single fold out bed also. Great location short walk to the shops, river, beach, water sports can be booked next door and many many restaurants and streets filled with entertainers. Love staying here.

Loud drunk people screaming and carrying on at 2am. Couldn't tell if they were other guests or people on the street tbh. Spa bath plug never fits. Uses 10x the amount of water to fill up. Second stay here same problem.

Pleasantly surprised by this one. Whilst the decor may be outdated, the sheer size, cleanliness, excellent location, friendly service and comfortable master bed was all pretty great. And given that was the cheapest room available when we went to the Gold Coast, we were totally surprised by how much we liked our stay. The spa inside is weird and outdated and we loved it so much! It was spacious and comfortable and the whole family got, which made for a funny memorable experience. The pool outside was warm and deep and we had a gorgeous evening swimming in it all together. Stunning views of the river too! We will stay again

The staff were very kind and helpful. The check-in was smooth. When I went down to reception to ask for another blanket, the staff assisted no hesitation. On another day, the staff kindly assisted me to book extra nights during a busy period over christmas and when we were checking out the staff allowed myself and children an extra half an hour to organise our belongings and were very patient and understanding.. The hotel has a lovely pool with a cool water slide for the older kids, a nice bbq are, and is in a fantastic location! Food and shops and beaches and fishing, night-life, everything you need in the one space. Loved it here, and will definitely be back!.

Awesome location. Our 1 bedroom apartment with spa was very spacious, lots of hanging room, great spa, excellent little kitchen. Staff at reception (Elizabeth) was lovely and extremely helpful. I had read some poor reviews prior to staying so I was a little anxious, however, our room was great! Obviously not a 5 star hotel but was awesome for the price. Definitely needs a slight upgrade - paint etc but didn't bother us.

I prefer a doona/quilt. Only had sheets and 1 blanket. But I requested additional blankets from Reception which was fine.

Excellent location, friendly staff. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus. For 3 people, it was an ok apartment. The bed was comfortable, the sofa bed not super comfy but if you're not picky it will do. We arrived in the morning and still got to check in without waiting because the room was ready. This was much appreciated.

The windows of the aparment were a bit loose and made noise in windy weather! We fixed this by stuffing some toilet paper in there to fill the gap. It also gets cold in cold weather but don't worry, just use the AC to heat up the place. You can also ask for extra blankets.

Location! The car park was secure and it was a family friendly place.

Level 1 could have been cleaner as it was where the pool and smoking area were. when it rained the drains around the pool area were blocked and it made walking to facilities a little dangerous. The designated smoking area wasnt sheltered enuf when it rained ! Room 709 was an end room so next to road and should be soundproofed ! not hearing traffic and ppl at night would make the room easier to sleep in!

Large apartment with separate bedroom and living areas. Large in room spa bath. The kids loved coming from the outside pool with slide to a warm bath. Amazing views over the Nerang River and up towards the Chevron Island Bridge. Our room was at the back of the building so was completely quiet and away from any traffic noise. Loved the 80’s ambience. Furniture and fixtures were mostly original but in good condition. Comfortable bedding.
