Location was great! Apartment felt spacious.

There were many things missing including tongs, baking tray and wine glasses. There was a lot of oil under the fridge which meant the place wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have. It needed a lot of work including the blinds that did not wind up and down properly and basic maintenance like a hole in wall of bathroom

It is situated 7 minute walk from Cavill Ave. It is very quiet and away from the loud noise of Cavill Ave on the weekend. It has a very pleasent and relaxing view of the River.

Concerned about the mixed reviews we see online but seems all is good. We stayed in unit 6, Riverview one and everything is perfect. Seems any problems if there are were already fixed. Best value for what we paid.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff were very attentive and had a smile and were approachable at all times. Very local to everything I.e. shops, Cavill Avenue, beach, Public Transport etc. Security was high and service was great Will definitely be back :)

Older style but clean and tidy. 10 minutes from Cavill avenue. Manager Lily was excellent and sorted small problems immediately.

I was surprised at how big the apartment was. It was quite clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool and the view from the pool area.

The blind didn't close properly.

Great facilities. Oven, fridge microwave, washing machine. Close to Surfers. Walking distance to busses and trams. One bedroom and ensuite

No hand towels provided and the apartment needed a good clean

Well equipped with all you need, 2 bathrooms and laundry, clean and comfortable, off street lock up parking, great value, short walk to beach and restaurants, friendly and helpful manager.

The apartment was everything we needed, location was great and we where happy with everything
