The location is great. Walking distance (10min) to restaurants and bars, supermarket and shopping. We had the river view apartment and it also had amazing views of the city night lights.

It didn’t have beach towels so we were forever washing our bath towels. And they were white so not the best for the beach.

Location was great, plenty of room and had all the amenities needed, receptionist was very polite, good view of the canals

Aircons struggled to cool room in the afternoon, hot water in main shower went from hot to cold constantly while showering, floors could have done with a good vacuum especially under the couch and under cushions, no vacuum to clean floors only a broom, laundry could do with a dusting as well, towels had holes, no kitchen sink plugs to wash up dishes, no response from reception regarding an early check in when an email was sent 4 days prior to arriving

They freeze $300 for a deposit and it takes 2 weeks for you to get it back. It shouldn’t take that long after they do the check out inspection to return your money

Fantastic views Easy walk or drive into the heart of Surfers Paradise. Has a great rooftop deck area to relax and watch the afternoon sunset.

The master bed was only a double bed. This is not acceptable in any apartment accommodation in 2023. When staying in accommodation and paying a premium, one expects to be staying in equal to or better than in your own home !! The apartment lacked any basic supplies like salt, pepper, adequate sugar, milk, coffee, or tea. There was one tea towel and very basic kitchen utilities if you were going to cook for the family. All, in all this was disappointing and takes the shine of what could of been a 4 to 5 star stay.

View is very good. have BBQ and guy Facilities. very quite and close to everythings.

Stay 4 days. no clean up in mid. use same towels for 4 days. I think you stay 1 day, or more day. you will have same amount of toilet paper, etc. you need to call office for ext toilet paper. but office has limit open time.

Location was awesome and facilities were great; spa wasn’t working and no pool but great open bbq area. Gym was good but small. Apartment was really nice with good views. Easy walk to trams and Cavill Ave. Close to supermarket and short tram ride to Pacific Fair.

Our apartment was right by a rubbish shoot, which smelt horrible most days and often went into the apartment, only downside but obviously that won’t be every room, checkin was a little difficult partly our fault as we didn’t ask to check in early which was fine apart from their notice on the door says 9am office hours no one arrived then so when we phoned they said today it was between 9.30-10 when someone would come, when no one showed at 10 we phoned again and said the would phone the office to see where they were only for them to show up themselves like 5 mins later at about 10.10am

The apartment was lovely with stunning views. Everything was clean and comfortable. The apartment had its own full kitchen, washing machine and dryer and the main bedroom had its own bathroom and walk in wardrobe. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and both with stunning views. Easy to keep clean.Great location and about 15mins walk to Surfers Paradise and surrounding shops.

We just needed more bowls, tea towels and flannels. We had visitors over for lunch and we had enough plates and cutlery. We stayed for 3 nights so needed more dishwaahing tablets and maybe another waahing powder.

The location was Excellent. Lovely views of the river and the lights of Surfers at night. The apartment was spacious and clean. It had all the facilities for cooking and two good shower rooms with fresh towels and laundry equipment.

The sofa was tired and grubby with hairs under the seat cushions. The outside table and chairs were past there best and rusty. There was no soft lighting or table lamps especially no reading light in the bedrooms.

If you want to stay at the Gold Coast, but just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Cavill Avenue, this is the place for you! Facing the Nerang River, the views of the River and beyond are great, and it is wonderfully QUIET, unlike so much other accommodation at the Gold Coast, where the noise of the Gold Coast is constant from early morning to evening most days. All the facilities you would expect, although some facilities just a bit on the older side. Good value for family. We didn't have a car with us, so it's an easy 5-10 minute walk (depending on how quickly you walk) up to the strip, and then with the G-Link Light Rail you can go anywhere on the Coast from there. The Public Transport on the Gold Coast is fantastic.

Great size for a family of 4, the kids had their own toilet and bathroom, we had an ensuite and having a laundry was fantastic also for our stay! The location was great as it is walking distance to main area Surfers Paradise, but far enough back that there is no noise. The wifi was also unlimited, I wanted to mention that as I had read a review where someone stated that the wifi was limited, but we did not have to pay any extra and had unlimited wifi for our entire stay, which with the kids is almost a necessity of an evening! Also having free secure parking included was fantastic! All in all I could not recommend staying here enough!!

The shower pressure is very low, but in all honesty does it matter that much!? We were all able to have showers and get clean after long days at the theme parks.
