The apartment, view and staff were great! I stayed with my daughter and we loved it! Watching the rain on the balcony last night was an amazing experience, some feedback that I think you should be aware of, anything we used we washed and replaced to its original spot, whilst I was doing so this morning I picked up a few other pieces of cutlery and plates, they were far from clean, not sure who checks this for you after each stay but a but more attention to detail would be highly recommended! We had a great time in the space as we always do with the company we keep. If you wish to know anything further, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Apartment was clean, tidy and offered a great view of Surfers. It provided all the necessary appliances we needed to store food and cook ourselves. Beds were comfortable and my kids loved the extra blankets to use on the lounge. Wireless internet service was awesome, fast and reliable.

No plastic cups\plates for kids. Holes in walls should be repaired considering there is a $300 damage charge. Previous stayers should have paid for this or the owner should be using that money to fix them. The en-suite shower is very slippery, as it holds too much water next to the bath and it doesnt drain properly.

the location and size of apartment was fantastic. very close to everything

the bowls and cutlery were not clean at all, scuff marks on walls, water dripping onto walls from aircon, cracks in tiles in kitchen, carpet not fitted well, wasn’t cleaned very well before our arrival e.g dirt and rubbish under couch cushions and under couch

Location was good

Many things didn’t work properly like the roller blinds so being on water side the sun heated the room a lot and couldn’t sleep in because it was too bright.. also not enough spare pillows and blankets and blankets on beds weren’t warm at all and were really thin.. more like a bed cover I guess .. the room was also dusty and could have used a wipe down and there was old food in the fridge.

Amazing view. Clean with all resources needed for eating in such as pots and pans and plates and cutlery etc.

Could hear everything coming from the neighbouring apartment, not very soundproof at all. Even normal inside voice conversations sounded like they were in our room instead of theirs.

a second key is needed, two adults often wanted to do different things during the day but we couldn’t leave and re-enter without a key and fob. Noise was a bit of an issue overnight but can’t be helped. we would have been grateful for a few dishwashing tablets to use in the kitchen

That it was right in the main strip of Surfers, location location location

Only 1 key & fob, no clothes horse(I bought 1 & left behind), vacuum was full, had no house cleaning for the 2 weeks, cook top burner didn’t work

Excellent facilities with multiple pools and a gym. Beautiful view and great location.

There is a lot of noise Friday and Saturday nights which goes until 2-3 in the morning. We were so exhausted from our days it didn't bother us.

Location and room was very nice

Coastal letting staff were terrific however reception staff on site at accommodation were rude

The bed was uncomfortable and not enough blankets . also I'd booked a sea view but ended up with a river view, lack of communication. no plug for the bath, my English friend paid $5 for one in the shops, when there should of been a bath plug there already. Also no clothes storage in the spare bedroom. other than that nice apartment.
