Close to shops, art gallery, markets and public transport, in a quiet location.

Taps in the bathroom (basin & shower). Hard to turn with wet hands. Finding out that a 41 floor development is occurring next door (outside of Chevron Palms control).

The apartments are a great size. Very comfortable. Amazing pool and bbq area, extremely friendly staff and sooooo close to everything….walking distance to it all!

The construction next door is a little noisy, and the aircon was leaking water. And it could do with a deep clean. But for the price I would definitely stay here again and again. Lovely people and lovely building. Room furniture quite nice and newish.

Very well located. Walking distance to Surfers and Chevron Island shops and tram. Check in was easy. Maybe a little more info needed about how to connect to wifi and how to exit the premises on foot thru the locked gate and where to deposit rubbish. Managers were very friendly. Grounds were well maintained. It certainly doesn’t deserve the one star reviews it has received in our opinion.

The property is like many on the GC of its nearly 40 year old era. Unfortunately some apartment owners fail to keep their investment in good repair. This is no fault of the management. Our apartment (12) was clean and had very basic appointments. The mattress needs replacing as it has a spring sticking out! Overall it was value for money.

It was a good location as within walking distance of the shops and entertainment as well as bus stops for going further afield

It was a bit dated and in need or modernising as the bathroom didn’t come across as the cleanest but this was she’s to how old the fixtures and fittings were. The sofa was also not the comfiest but again this is due to how old it is and could do with being replaced.

staff don't work after hours and weekend. I had problem with wifi and no one was around.

The location is great for surfers paradise just a quick 5-10 minute walk and your at the beach. Nice safe parking, is a nice place to say nothing fancy but it was safe clean good location would stay again

Is a bit out dated and furniture could do with upgrade( but not a deal breaker), they is a lot off building work happening right next and only informed about this a day before check in(they start working at 6.30am but would stay again

It’s central, easy to find, no issues. The pool is perfect and the area is quiet. Thank god they had a washing machine and dryer very very useful.

Some of our blinds were broken overall not a problem. And you have to buy extra things like toilet paper n washing powder but it’s good.

The location was nice and close to surfers but not with all the sound. Lovely pool and room was pleasant.

There was construction next door but wasn’t annoying. Sound generally through the day when we were there!
