Exceptional view and great convenient location We’ve stayed at Soul a few times now. This is the first time via a private holiday company. The 2 bed unit was spacious and comfortable with fantastic ocean and beach views up and down the Gold Coast. The key pick up instructions were well detailed and made the check in experience smooth. As were the instructions for the car parking which is located not far from the residences lifts. So very good. The modern furnished unit was well equipped.

A few minor details were either cracked, broken or not working. These included desk lamp, dvd player, cd player, left side bathroom basin cracked, right side bathroom basin hot water tap, bath blind and JBL speaker. But did not stop us enjoying our holiday. Understand leaving the kitchen clean and removing rubbish but full dishwasher needed to be run and cleared away early enough before 10am departure - detracted from a 5 star stay. Otherwise pleasant and convenient location during a very sunny winter week.

Great location within walking distance to everything. facilities were fantastic.

The lifts are a major issue with wait times. Around checkout time we waited to get in a lift 8 times that took over 45 minutes which was extremely frustrating. Many other guests experienced the same issue.

Apartment needs a bit of maintenance. Mostly small things. Like curtains not hanging proper. Sliding wardrobe doors not working proper or rattling.

The toaster was disgusting and 1st lot towels were dirty marks on them which is not good when charity that amount to stay there

The main tv in the living room didn’t work but our lovely contact agent got us another tv to use. Thank you.

Amazing location, very welcoming tasteful decor, well equipped kitchen, sea view, large well furnished balcony.

A few minor maintenance job need fixing eg taps & a bit mor supplies from management company eg more than one dishwashing tablet & washing up liquid would be helpful

Was in the perfect location will definitely be back we loved it.

The aircon wasn’t working at the time we were there that was very disappointing, I hope we don’t experience that again whenever we return.

Location was perfect! Right on the beach and just around the corner from shops and restaurants galore!

Allocated parking was difficult to get in and out of, 3 levels under and in a very pokey little corner space.
