Large apartment with great views, good size balcony, very clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Pool and gardens well maintained. Good puzzles for the kids to do. Modern furniture and lovely interior decorating.

For the money, the bathroom toiletries, including toilet paper, were really lacking. We had to go and buy toilet paper as not enough there. We also needed to buy dishwashing liquid. These are very low cost items that for the money we paid for 7 nights, they should have been covered for our stay.

We booked a 3-bedroom Penthouse Apartment for 5 adults but for some reason the property and Booking.com kept confirming 2 adults in their correspondence. Messaging the property only seemed to confuse the issue! The apartment is not 85m2 as per the listing but more like 200m2 - my rough estimation. Well provisioned with all manner of utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware spilling out of cupboards. The ideal location more than made up for the dated furnishings. Beautiful location overlooking the beach, with cafes and restaurants within a few minute’s walk.

You can't beat The Rocks for location. The beach is directly across the road, and a variety of coffee shops, restaurants and the fantastic Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary just a short stroll away. Also easy access to the local bus network. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean with a 5 star view stretching across Currumbin Beach, the Surf Living Club and on towards Coolangatta. We made use of the BBQ and pool, both clean and set amongst beautiful landscaping. The Rocks was busy with holiday makers and residents alike but was tranquil and relaxing. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Small gripe but the towels provided in the apartment covered us in fluff after every shower. The Foxtel was also very hit and miss, mostly non-functioning. The construction work ongoing at the base of the Resort is also something to be mindful of during Monday-Friday, 9/5. It didn't bother us too much but I'd say they are still early days into the build.

Location was great- right across the street from the beach, nearby cafes and restaurants and were great too. The apartment was really big, lots of room and well equipped. Bed in master suite was really comfortable, and views were fantastic.

They only supply enough essentials (tea bags, soap etc for the first night) which I think is a bit stingy for the price we paid. It meant a trip to the supermarket for basics like tea bags, body wash & milk which we could have done without during a busy weekend. We also found on on checkout that there were no extra garbage bags provided which made it very hard to take out the rubbish we accumulated over 3 nights (rubbish removal was requested by management). Small things like that would have made the experience a 10 rather than a 9 for us.

Magnificent ocean view, albeit took time to become used to constant ocean noise. Humidity high, no air conditioning, but three fans created a good level of comfort. Nice to be able to open windows and doors of Unit. Instructions for entry and exit of basement car park plus garbage and recyclable material would have been appreciated, together with instructions for appliances. Appreciated the availability of Fox TV, washing machine, dish washer, and a well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Elephant Rock. Tommy's restaurant almost next door and Currumbin Surf Club next to Elephant Rock provided great food. Plenty of interesting activity brochures available at reception.

Ensuite toilet seat needs to be replaced and the toilet bowl needs attention! Otherwise, Unit was clean and well appointed.

The property is in an amazing location and has great facilities - the kids liked the pools and spa especially. The apartment has fantastic views and is calm and relaxing, especially compared to the craziness of Surfers Paradise. The 2 bed apartment was really big and easily fit our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable.

The apartment wasn't very clean, we found underwear in the washing machine, a used face mask by the bed, caked on grime around the doors, sheets that were clean but stained. The apartment also needs a refresh, carpets, furniture etc. And the doors leading to the balcony need to be replaced as they've corroded and are hard to open.

Proximity to the beach. Pool. Kids room. Size of unit.

As we booked through Booking.com app not directly through the resort, we were unable to hire tennis rackets and balls.

Location was fantastic and a really nice pool , just take your own towels or pay $5 each to hire.

The shower was moldy and a limit amount of apartment supplies toilet paper etc

The location, size of the unit and the amazing view. You can walk everywhere and never have to move the car which is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The apartment we stayed in was super spacious and have the most stunning views even from our bedroom. It is the best location. I will book again

The location and apartment complex are lovely and proximity to the beach is sensational. The apartment is older style which means heaps of space. The bedrooms could do with a refresh but clean and comfy. Newish kitchen was great overlooking the ocean. Huge deck and sun lounge chairs.

Could do with some fresh carpet and new linen for bedrooms.
