The location. Great view from the living room and balcony. Spacious living dining kitchen. 2 bathrooms. With washing machine. Beach chairs available. Lots of ice in the freezer plus freezer blocks. Liked the games room in the basement, and it's always good to have a gym/ husband wanted an elliptical machine.!

Very little to complain about, just minor things. Would have like a coffee machine or pod machine or plunger coffee bodum. Also, a big teapot. TV had poor SBS reception . Bathrooms are probably showing their age, but the shower had excellent pressure.

Fabulous spot by the beach and right near Currumbin Creek and Alley! Our room had a beautiful ocean view along the coast down to Surfers Paradise! Close to shops and some restaurants, only a 5 minute walk away and a great cafe just around the corner on Currumbin Creek (Dune Cafe) Pool and Spa and Sauna were great and it wasn’t overly busy Comfortable beds, nice kitchen Staff friendly and helpful

The room was a bit outdated in decor, carpet and bathrooms especially and some tough mould spots in grout :( Very basic provisions for coffee/tea(a few instant sachets, limited sugar & tea) a little soap and shampoo, no conditioner, body wash etc. I guess it’s fine for those visiting from nearby by car and can bring lots with you but coming from interstate, you’d want to make sure you’re sorted with your own supplies! For the price we paid for 5 nights though, this stuff was forgivable as it was a very affordable stay for the location and facilities

Incredible view of the ocean, river, lake and park from Level 15. Being there in September, we got a lot of whale sightings from the beach and also from our balcony. Nice quiet location on the Gold Coast, away from the hustle of Surfers Paradise

The main bed was on wheels and moved around quite a bit. I was unable to sit up in bed and lean back as the bed moved away from the wall. There were not many knives in the kitchen to use for cooking. We had to buy some.

Close to everything we wanted to do during our trip including fantastic view of the beach. Really nice accommodation and easy after hour check in.

Pool was closed for a portion of our trip for scheduled works that was not mentioned to us until after we checked in. Our teenage boys were asked not to play a ball game on the tennis court that was strange being it was in the designated hours.

The apartment was lovely furnished and the view was amazing.. The location was right on the beach front. We walked through a beautiful garden before stepping onto the beach every morning. The beach in Palm Beach is the most beautiful I've seen. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. Don't hesitate to book your stay here. You'll love it. I spent the whole of August 2022 here.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Even though we were on the first floor the view from our unit was stunning. Admittedly we had the best weather while we were there but the location being so handy to the beach, cafes, parks for the children, walking trails winding through the bush and then alongside the water, everything about Princess Palm has made us decide that we'll be coming back again and again. Can't wait for our next break there.

We were happy with everything.

Location, close to shops, restaurants & supermarket & right on the beach. View from apartment. Reception & public areas modern & clean. Our kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed( good owner) Permanent residences we met very friendly.

Reception closed shortly before our arrival & our allocated car park was occupied. Dialled after hours reception who weren’t very helpful. Gratefully a resident came to our rescue & sorted it out.

Great location. Large apartment for 4 people, plenty of room to move around. Big bathrooms. Balcony was large enough to sit 4 people comfortably, good chairs. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Lots of detergent etc. Close exit to the beach. Pool and spa were good.

No biggee, but just a safety issue. The tap in the shower (bathroom) was back to front. Potential for burning self with hot water if not aware. Did leave a note in the room when we left!

We liked that our room and floor level had recently been renovated.

When we saw that other floor levels decor ( using the lift) were really old and outdated. We would not have been happy if we were staying on one of the floors that had not been renovated...it would have really taken away from the whole holiday vibe...it looks like a seedy hotel on those levels.

We loved the view on entering the unit it was like the beach was right at the balcony The pool was such a delight the temp was perfect for all of us Gardens beautifully maintained as was foyer and BBQ area looked to have all you would need Had really good gym and games room

I thought our unit was a little run down but looked like there’d been some upgrades
