Excellent location, excellent views, walking distance to Tallebudgera creek which was our intended reason, walking distance to surf life clubs and cafes. Comfortable apartment with terrace.

Only one air con unit in the living area, 3 small fans for each room which were very dirty. Despite the fan, it was still very very hot at night, hard to sleep. This was the only reason why we probably wouldn't stay there again. It definitely needs air con in the rooms.

Brilliant location on Palm Beach and very close to the Beach Club where the food was great in the restaurant, bar and the café in the morning was convenient and good for breakfasts / brunch. The accommodation was large, clean and very comfortable. Balcony all around the deluxe flat was a real bonus and very comfortable sitting there with lovely views of the Gold Coast. The swimming pool was a welcome extra for cooling down and enjoyed the shaded area on the loungers. Car parking was secure and convenient with lift access for disabled users. There were no ramps for people who find stairs difficult and would be an appreciated facility for anyone with disabilities. This did not detract from a brilliant stay and I would certainly like to visit again.

Please provide a cork screw for wine - not all bottles are screw cap and a few more ice trays. Used ice faster than we could make it as it was so hot so a few extra ice trays would have been welcomed. Kitchen knife could be sharpened too. It would benefit if staff or handbook advised where the nearest local convenience store was for stocking up on milk, bread etc as I believe there is a store nearby? but had to drive out for supplies.

The lack of communication,well no communication. I had messaged booking .com thinking that they would reply so I could enter the apartment. Sent this message twice at approx 2pm. Yeah Na!! When we arrived I tried to call the number listed on the lock box, no answer !! Yeah na !! Fortunately we met some other guests that had the code for the lock box so that we could get into the room . we arrived at 630pm. We did not see anybody in reception all weekend We were expecting a room with a view, Not a room with a view of the carpark !! That room should seriously be at a discounted price !

Pool was busy and it was clearly a struggle to keep it clean. No shops within sensible walking distance in the heat/humidity

The location is brilliant. Direct access to the beach. 2 min walk to the local Surf Club. The pool was great, and the spa was so warm. The view of the sunrise on the beach was spectacular. We could enjoy a lovely view of the sunset too. We even saw whales spouting out beyond the break. There is a great bbq area. However, our unit had everything we needed to be able to cook our own meals.

Minor things, perhaps probably expected with an older property. Ensuite shower door didn't close properly. Crack in dining chair seat. Main bedroom balcony door couldn't open. Despite these things, we would definitely go back.

Location excellent!! The 3bedroom unit was perfect for our family. The facilities were very well maintained. The pool & spa were excellent except the spa seemed to only work every 2nd day 🤷‍♀️ Rhonda (staff member 11yrs) WAS AMAZING!!! Went above & beyond to be helpful!!! Rhonda actually made our stay soo much better!!

The reception person wasn’t very welcoming or helpful at all. I work with the public (for over 40yrs) & it doesn’t take much to make someone’s day by saying hello!!!

The view of the beach, north to south is breathtaking. It's a little older style apartment, but clean and well furnished. The balcony wraps around so you can take in the views all the way along the coast line. Better, with two large sliding doors, you can see the beach from the comfort of the lounge (useful if windy). The pool was simple but nice, great for kids, spa was good also and I discovered a sauna too. On the beach side you don't hear traffic, only the ocean. Had smart TV ready for your media subscriptions. Surf club was steps away, as was the beach and flags for swimming.

I would stay again, but there were a few tiny little things that would have made it perfect. Our unit didn't have ceiling fans and all the windows were stuck shut due to salt air issues. The sliding doors didn't have bolts to allow you to securely keep it ajar at night allowing breeze, so even in Autumn it was a little warm at night (Air con in the living room - not needed if doors could be opened a little). I didn't feel comfortable having the doors open given it was only the fifth floor and crime is common from intruders climbing. The oven didn't really work well, minor. One chair in the dining room had a very loose leg!

The aircon wasn’t good, the bedroom was uncomfortably hot

First of all, I love the team who works there they make everything easy and suitable to my needs. The cleaning team is amazing so the unit was tidy. The property is right on the beach, including the facilities which is amazing. From the balcony, you can see almost all of Gold Coast. It is close to our beautiful creeks as well. You can walk to everything.

I stayed here before and since then the property has been getting a bit old so nice little touch-ups will be great. For single travellers especially for women the security screens on the balcony doors are a must so we can sleep leaving doors open for the fresh ocean breeze and sound.
