Nestled in the perfect location, it’s just away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise, yet close enough for those spontaneous beach adventures. Beach access is literally right across the road, making it so easy to dip your toes in the sand whenever you desire. The apartment itself is modern, impeccably clean, and so spacious. I loved the fully functional kitchen, equipped with all the cutlery and utensils you could ever need – even kid-friendly plastics for our little ones. The pool area is a true gem, well-maintained and cleaned regularly, offering a refreshing retreat at the end of a sun-soaked day. Parking? No problem! There’s ample space beneath the building, where our Kia Carnival fit effortlessly, making travel a breeze. This penthouse apartment truly feels like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a getaway that balances relaxation and excitement, this is the place to be. You won’t be disappointed!

The underlay from the sofa was fraying and left black material all over the tiles, which we had to sweep up constantly. Apart from that, really hard to fault this apartment! There was construction of the light-rail (behind us) on the main road (Gold Coast Highway) but that did not bother us. Nor did it affect our comings and goings. However, some picky people might not like this

Superb location close to beach, shops, restaurants, bus. Good coffee shop right next door. Very spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Very comfortable bed. Good soundproofing when windows were closed, but they needed to be open to cool down the rooms as there is no AC. Ceiling fans helped a lot. Plenty of storage space. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of appliances available. Efficient communication confirming and finalising booking. Lorraine was lovely , welcoming and responsive in dealing with a couple of small issues that arose.

Out of Oceania’s control, but ongoing construction on the Gold Coast Highway was very noisy at night and complicated access to the building. This caused delays and problems for Uber drivers on several occasions. Bathrooms were very dated. Shower over bath not suitable for some guests. Hate shower curtains!

Apt was nice n tidy and spacious. Loved the close proximity to the beach and the view was on point. Wonderful breeze day and night no need for ac and the ceiling fans were more than sufficient.

The host had told our kids a few times to keep the noise level down and not to run around in the basement. Fair call in the basement. But when they’re in the pool and having fun kids are being kids and I will not tell them to keep their mouths shut but only to keep their voices down and be considerate to other residents. The host told me that there are people who reside in the apartment permanently so we had to keep the noise level down. You need to make this clear in the description because there is nothing in the details telling us that people live there permanently and that we have to keep the noise level down. If this is an expectation of guests then you need to put it into the description. It’s not ideal for groups with children but atleast now I know.

Great view and location. Very spacious apartment. The TV is modern and the access to Foxtel was nice to have. The kitchen was excellent, equipped with everything you would need to self cater. The grounds and pool area were immaculate. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge. Short walk to the patrolled beach and shops.

If you are driving there is nowhere to park onsite before you check in and it is hard to find street parking as its a busy spot. The water pressure was very weak in both showers. The shower curtain was too long in the main bathroom and it was hard to know where to place it without stepping all over it. No AC (this wasn't an issue for us as we stayed in mid-April, but could be a problem in the middle of summer).

We liked the location best of all. It was huge and suited our needs. We had a couple of small issues that needed attention and the staff fixed them immediately, one which required a plumber. The couple managing the complex are excellent and very attentive. We would be happy to stay there again.

The apartment need money spend on it as some areas needed updating, however the furniture in it was new and very comfortable.

Sunny, cosy apartment very close to facilities and beach. Loved the windows that slid open to let in lots of air and sun. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would be happy to stay here again.

Advertised a balcony but there wasn't one. Could hear the neighbours above in the bathroom very early in the morning.

the mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. The lounge was too low, especially for elderly people to get out of. No air conditioning.

The apartment was fabulous, overlooking the beach, it was spacious and very clean. We will be going back as soon as we can.

The couches were a little low for us older folk. A higher comfortable arm chair would be fab

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic. The location was truly amazing, allowing us to easily explore the area. The spacious rooms were a lifesaver with three teenagers and an 8-year-old, and the well-equipped kitchen with ample fridge and pantry space made our short stay even more comfortable. Although we didn't need it during our 3-night stay, the laundry facilities appeared to be in good condition. Overall, it was a great choice for our family trip.

While our stay at this apartment waspositive, there was one drawback worth mentioning. The height of the car park didn't accommodate our vehicle, which was an inconvenience. Street parking was metered during the day. This parking challenges were the only downsides to an otherwise enjoyable experience at the apartment.

It is hard to get into the building to check in. There is no way of accessing the reception if you can't get in through the front doors. Other people let me in. I noticed that this happened a number of times with other visitors.
