Perfect location, across the road from the beach, close to the clubs and shops. It had two really nice pools, one outdoor and one indoor and two spas. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen had everything you would need. The bed and lounge chairs were comfortable and the outdoor balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean.

We only stayed three nights out of the seven we booked because workmen were jackhammering and renovating bathrooms all day. We were refunded for the four nights.

The location was perfect - across the esplanade from the beach and a short walk to the shops and Burleigh Pavilion. We also loved walking through the national park and along the beach path up to Mermaid beach. Our apartment had renovated bathrooms and both bedrooms were nicely styled with comfortable beds. The pickleball courts were a huge hit with us and the kids. We didn’t use the pools or other building facilities with the beach so close, but saw several families enjoying them. Front desk staff were lovely.

Our booking didn’t stipulate that we would be on the ground floor, which initially took us aback because the number of photos for our apartment type had views. Upon close inspection, booking.com did not anywhere confirm a water view (we could see a bit through the trees). However, once we got over the initial disappointment, it was fine and didn’t detract from our stay. On the upside, we never had to wait for a lift.

Great pools we had a refurbished appartement which looked wonderfull. Very nice bathrooms, laundry was very handy good washing machine and dryer. Nice balconies great kitchen. Inviting and comfortable appartement. Good fans And airconditioning and large TV’s.

The tennis court was not a full size court it’s more a pickle ball court. Bit of a smell in one of the bedrooms and one doona had yellow stains. Main bedroom sink was very small. Bathroom could do with some extra hooks. Laundry drying rack was very small for 4 peoples washing.

We stayed in room 14 - newly renovated with everything that we needed for an 8-night stay as a family with 2 teenagers. A well-stocked kitchen with all the cutlery, crockery and equipment we needed.

Not the best ocean view from level 4 - it's a glimpse from the balcony at best - but the beach is right across the road so we didn't miss out.

The views were wonderful, location excellent. The lounge and beds were comfortable and the apartment generally was well put together.

The complete lack of any food staples was very annoying. Nothing left by previous holiday makers, no salt or pepper, no cooking oil. Only one small sachet of washing up liquid was provided along with one tea towel. I left Vegemite & Nutella. I wonder if the next people got to use it? I was also alarmed at how hot the hot water was. Parents need to take extreme care when bathing their children. Also there were no hooks or towel racks in the ensuite. It's not hard to install these...

Location, views, size of apartment, facilities, lovely unit with ocean views on 5th floor. Burleigh Heads is a great holiday destination, problem the best on the Gold Coast.

Whilst overall the apt was excellent, even though not renovated. there were a few items that didn't work and needed replacing. Needed more efficient heating for a cold winter snap. Just needed a 2 hour check up by the owners and replacing a few inexpensive items.

The apartment was spacious, had all the amenities we required for a short weekend stay. The location is superb, right across the street from Burleigh's beach, walking distance to lots of restaurantes and Burleigh hill. Really great spot.

Parking was available, which is great, but they wouldn't let me charge my EV overnight due to Body Corporate policies. Body Corporate's really should review this.

Stunning views from every window and balcony. We appreciated the block out curtains and sound proof windows at night to get a good sleep. Perfect location, can walk everywhere. Pool is beautiful (tip, plan your swim for earlier in the morning). Apartment had everything we needed for a week stay. Bedding and linen was very comfortable and ceiling fan used every night. We will be coming back!

Location was great. Layout of unit and cleanliness good. Carpet in living area a bit old and place could do with a refresh of paint. Most places I stay at have oil, salt and pepper but this place had nothing really. It had a few sachets for washing dishes or for washing clothes. They called that a welcome package. toilet rolls were included. Not really a welcome package, but can’t complain. The staff didn’t know much about the cards u needed for the bus and they said we could just use ur credit card which we couldnt, it so we got an Uber instead. The guy in the 7/11 at the shops was helpful so bought a card for our next bus trip. Noisy construction work started early in the morning and that was annoying but the place had everything you needed except basic essentials, which are usually provided at other places esp as it cost over $3000 to stay there for the week. Love the place and the shops, market on the Saturday we were there, nice walks, walked to palm beach from the creek one day, along walk but lovely. Pools good, tennis court ok and grounds clean and tidy. Would recommend this place when no construction going on.

Construction noise started very early and woke us up most days. Basic essentials should be provided salt and pepper, small bottle of oil,for cooking, more toilet rolls, more dish liquid and a scrubbing brush for pots and pans, the one scourer they left was very small for doing dishes from a few days. This should be just included and usually is when u pay $3000 or more for the week in places.

The apartment and facilities were fantastic, great location and the staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We will be back.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Of course you would always want an apartment on a higher floor for views but everything was great and would definitely go back
