The location was great, so close to beach and not far from shops. Great having a fully equipped kitchen. The pool was fantastic and the balcony overlooking the pool was a bonus. Ren was so helpful, he came and helped us with a small issue we had with the fan which was an easy fix but he was happy to promptly assist us.

Certain things could have been a little cleaner, especially when you’re asked to leave things to a certain standard to avoid extra cleaning cost. Pans and dishes weren’t clean they had food on them, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned underneath the seat. Very minor issues that were probably just a one off and easily tended to by us.

This accommodation is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and town center. The pool and spa offer a relaxing experience with lovely garden views, and the apartment comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including a spacious balcony, air conditioning, and a large TV for added comfort.

The apartment had all the basic amenities, though it showed a bit of age, with the couch and bed being slightly less comfortable, but overall it was still a pleasant and convenient stay.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean, despite being quite dated. The pool was pleasant and the grounds were well kept. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The garage was easy to get in and out of. I loved being able to walk to Burleigh shopping centre and the Headland.

It is quite dated despite being clean. It doesn’t have a lift so things needs to be carried upstairs to the third level. It was raining and I couldn’t get from the garage to my unit without getting wet which was a nuisance when leaving.

We love Burleigh Heads and the location is almost in the middle of Burleigh Beach. Not beach front but just a half a block back. Easy walking either way along the esplanade. Secured parking and a great Aussie shaped pool.

Unfortunately for us they were doing massive roadworks on the Gold Coast Highway and our room backed onto this, but on the whole we didn't experience too much inconvenience.

We arrived late I asked if the sofa bed could be made up and it was ready to go. The apartment had everything we needed a full size fridge , washing machine and dryer. The underneath parking was great. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and tidy. The gardens were well maintained and very beautiful. The location was great as well. The pool was awesome got to go to every state in a matter of minutes! Tassie was hot...🤣

The pool was fun for the kids. It was great value for money but very basic. Good kitchen facilities and excellent dedicated parking spot. Making coming and going easy. Burleigh is great location for a stay though, great food options, close to beach and shops etc. Didn't see staff but we didn't have problems so it wasn't required.

The staff were really friendly and tried to be there early for bag drop off. The pool was the best it was warm and so nice after a long day. Kitchen was basic but had everything you needed. It was so nice to be able to wash and dry your clothes.

The only thing was the pull out bed wasn’t really comfortable for two people (prefect for one) so we just put the mattress on the floor and it was much better.

Checking in after hours was such a breeze. The staff made it so easy. Communication on their part was excellent. Easy allocated parking. Property is close to the beach. Apartment was fully equipped for cooking and cleaning.

The apartment could have been cleaned better. Although I was not injured, I did stand on a piece of glass in the lounge area of the apartment. This was the only downfall. Minor compared to the apartment and facilities as a whole.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It is in a great location and was clean and comfortable.

Street noise from road works , however we were aware of this pre booking. A lift would be awesome as dragging bags upbto 3rd floor a bit of an effort for us oldies. Overall no issues would stay again .

The staff were fantastic, so friendly ,so helpful, the air-con in my room played up but Ren (manager) was straight onto it and had it fixed by the next morning so my comfort wasn't disrupted ( thanks again Ren Ur a champion!) The unit I stayed in was heaps bigger than it looked in pics and the layout was great and I had the best sleeps the bed was incredibly comfy much better than my own bed back home ,triple glass on the window facing the road so the traffic noise was easily blocked out to ensure a great nites sleep and ofcoarse the pool was amazing and kept very clean ! It was a very friendly environment all in all and so close to the superb Burleigh beach and a short stroll to surf clubs for dinner and to the vibrant heart of town where you will find amazing dining and restaurants along with cool niche coffee shops breakfast bars and amazing selection of lunch time eatery's along with some great shopping it really is a cool little surf town. I totally recommend AUSSIE RESORT for a holiday destination it's location is perfect for seeing all the gold coast has to offer and bus stop is 1minute from the front gate ,how convenient!
