We loved how seamless everything was — we were able to drop our bags early and got a message as soon as the room was ready, which made things super easy. The location was unreal, right across from the beach, and the space itself was massive and all to ourselves. The pool was lovely and the lush greenery around the property gave it such a calm, tropical vibe. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot

A few things like the cupboard handles and blinds were a bit worn — probably just due for a refresh, but nothing that took away from the stay.

Great location easy to get to for public transport close to beach and shops,was private ..was great to have a washer /dryer..was quiet during the day

The noise was horrendous,night works ,which we know isn’t hotels fault, but really dampened our holiday .should have been pre warned or at least offered ear plugs on arrival …some of the utensils,pots were needed to be replced and really could do with a new bed frame as it was so low you would hit your head on the bedside tables which was higher

Perfect location in Burleigh, close proximity to the beach, James street where there are boutiques, cafes and bars. We even had a BBQ in the courtyard! Also opposite the bus stop, and short drive from activities like Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Tallebudgera creek. Host was lovely and very responsive and helpful.

Some of the apartments are slightly outdated regarding kitchen and bathroom but nevertheless were equipped with all the essentials! An issue we had was dealt with straight away.

It was close to the beach, shops and restaurants in Burleigh Heads. Clean apartment with a comfortable bed.

There were roadworks happening in front of the apartment that were noisy at times but did not disturb our sleep fortunately. The bathroom was a bit dated and not enough hot water in the morning for two people to have showers as the hot water cylinder was very small. The wifi signal went in and out a bit especially in the evening.

Air con was already on for check in so the room was cool on arrival. Very clean apartment and lovely large 2 bedroom living/dining and kitchen area looking over the pool area. Lovely outdoor seating areas and the grass to sunbake on. Easy access to beach and shops across the road a little. Great spot to Burleigh surf club and Pavillion Lovely to deal with Michael and Linda and they were very accomodating

Everything was great

The location was FANTASTIC. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. The complex was FANTASTIC. Low rise, a great pool and outdoors area to enjoy the weather. The unit was FANTASTIC. Lots of room for us 2, with a great kitchen to use and plenty of space inside.

It was a lot noisier than I had anticipated. Being close to everything meant that we were close to the traffic and associated sounds. The shower was hot, but weak.....I've had weaker....but not by much.

A lovely low rise complex with a pool and outdoor seating. Sheltered private balcony to eat breakfast and enjoy the afternoon sun. The apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and washing machine. The private walkway to the beach and secure undercover parking were bonuses. There is a considerable amount of construction and ongoing night works around the entire Burleigh area at the moment which can lead to some extra noise, however, at Burleigh Palms, it was tolerable due to the double glazing.

The property is lovely. We enjoyed our time there. Very central to everything. We will definitely stay again. Even with all the roadworks and construction happening around it wasn’t heard at all from inside the unit. Michael is lovely and a fantastic host. Only issue was the ladies by the pool for a young child to be swimming.

The only issue (not for the 17 year old son) was the young ladies by the pool with boobs and bums out. My 8 year old was very uncomfortable with it and didn’t want to use the pool after his first day. If you have children and are a little concerned about this, it may not be a good place for Summer staying. Or choose times when the young ladies aren’t tanning.

Burleigh palms was very neat, tidy & clean. The gentleman who runs the venue is very helpful, kind and friendly. Gardens and pool are kept very tidy. Location is great, you can take a path directly to the from promenade of Burleigh. Great value for money. Very quiet considering it’s on Gold Coast highway.

Room was a little run down and older but because it was so clean it wasn’t an issue. Again - excellent value for money.

On arrival we were met with both husband and wife. Helped get us settled. Such a pleasant surprise During our stay they were there to help answer questions or just a wave and a hello Old fashion service.will be attending again

Nothing I didn't like first place we were welcomed with open arms as I had a disabled Adult in my care. They even chatted with that adult even though they knew she was non verbal.
