The apartment was neat and well appointed with private outdoor space, the car park was easy to access and clean and the pool and spa were perfect temperature and sparkling clean. Such a beautiful space to relax !

Nothing. Perfect distance from the main shopping precinct, beach was not overrun with people but we still had a lifeguard station immediately out from the property, just perfect all over.

Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and had amenities as described online. staff were very accommodating. The place is close to all landmarks. Highly recommended. Affordable and a place that you will not regret to stay while on holiday. Already recommended to my friends. Walking distance to the beach. I love the place.

Easy access, friendly staff, heated pool & spa, accommodation is great, great prices, minute walk to the beach. Eric listed a heap of areas for wine and dine. Can’t wait til January 2026

Can’t fault it

Everything was so easy to get to and great location. Eric did a great job and was so kind and helpful. The beach was great with the life saving tower right out front. Having access to the laundry was a bonus. The spar on balcony was also nice. The lay out was social for meeting others and playing in the pool. Some locals also live in the block and we met some of them to get some insider tips for the trip which was nice and different to a hotel experience which we enjoyed. It felt like a very safe place to relax with a family.

The living room lay out was a bit anti social but lots of other spaces such as balcony upstairs to make up for it.

Eric was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, plus double windows in the bedroom that kept it peaceful and quiet - even with nearby roadworks. Our apartment looked through the pines out to the ocean - I could have sat on the balcony just watching the waves all day. The location was perfect, close to everything, and just a short walk to the beach. My favourite spot to sit was on the boardwalk - a short stroll from the apartment. We’ll definitely be back for our next relaxing getaway.

The property was in a good location with fantastic staff.

our room faced the freeway which was very noisy. the bedroom window was double glazed but the doors in the main room, where my son was sleeping on a sofa bed weren’t and there was very loud traffic noise all night.

We recently stayed at Burleigh on the Beach for 3 weeks as short term relocation accommodation. The location is great - just steps away from the beach with the convenience of being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we didn't feel like going out, and the washer and dryer (with complimentary laundry powder) were incredibly convenient for our longer stay. The facilities are great- the warm pool and hot spa became daily favourites. There's plenty of lounge chairs available for relaxing poolside. The free and secure private parking was another bonus that made our stay hassle-free. What truly sets this place apart is the management. Eric and Nikki are exceptional hosts - friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any requests. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality enhanced our entire experience. Whether you're traveling as a couple or with family, Burleigh on the Beach offers clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation that I would highly recommend. We're already planning our return visit!

While you might hear some traffic noise if your room faces the highway (consider requesting a room away from the highway when booking if it is a bother for you), and there are stairs to navigate for upper-level rooms (worth noting if you have mobility issues), these minor considerations are far outweighed by the overall value and quality of the accommodation.

Easy check in , with text with code sent to allow entry to lock box, great location close to beach and easy walk to Burleigh Heads or Miami Beach, clean well maintained rooms and property. Kitchen in apartment was very handy. Secure carpark also.

As we arrived Saturday afternoon (reception not open Saturday afternoon or Sunday) we had not option to borrow pool / beach towels - maybe a set of these could be left in apartment for those arriving when reception is closed. Also whilst provided with dishwashing detergent, tea towels and scourer for cleaning dishes (as well as a dishwasher), a sponge or cloth to wipe table /bench after meals would have been good.

The property was very clean and well kept. Pool was beautiful and clean.

The property was fantastic really comfy couch furniture upstairs and downstairs or the terraces comfy beds two bathrooms nice kitchen plenty of space and storage all the little things you need like a tin opener. The owners where a lovely family really friendly they allowed us to leave our cases check in a little early and park our car in the garage before check-in really nice people. Very clean air con in the front room and the upper stairs room non in the twin room But there is a calling fan so you can sleep ok The pool is great it’s nice a warm like a bath so even in the evenings you can enjoy a swim and there’s a little bathroom and shower down there so you can stay round the pool if you wish. The location is the best right next to the beach shops buses and there will be a tram up and running soon. I would have liked to stay there longer and I will definitely be returning its a fantastic apartment

We stayed on the top floor so a few sets of stairs to climb in the heat, I would just say if you had mobility problems make sure you get ground floor
