The apartment was neat and well appointed with private outdoor space, the car park was easy to access and clean and the pool and spa were perfect temperature and sparkling clean. Such a beautiful space to relax !

Nothing. Perfect distance from the main shopping precinct, beach was not overrun with people but we still had a lifeguard station immediately out from the property, just perfect all over.

Eric went out of his way to help us right from check in, helping with our bags. Nikki and Eric are very obliging hosts. Great location, only 2 minutes from the beach. Would definitely recommend it.

Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and had amenities as described online. staff were very accommodating. The place is close to all landmarks. Highly recommended. Affordable and a place that you will not regret to stay while on holiday. Already recommended to my friends. Walking distance to the beach. I love the place.

Easy access, friendly staff, heated pool & spa, accommodation is great, great prices, minute walk to the beach. Eric listed a heap of areas for wine and dine. Can’t wait til January 2026

Can’t fault it

Everything was so easy to get to and great location. Eric did a great job and was so kind and helpful. The beach was great with the life saving tower right out front. Having access to the laundry was a bonus. The spar on balcony was also nice. The lay out was social for meeting others and playing in the pool. Some locals also live in the block and we met some of them to get some insider tips for the trip which was nice and different to a hotel experience which we enjoyed. It felt like a very safe place to relax with a family.

The living room lay out was a bit anti social but lots of other spaces such as balcony upstairs to make up for it.

We had an apartment facing out onto the pool and garden and had a view also of the ocean. It was great. The apartment had just been done up and it was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't get the sun on the balcony but it was still warm and comfortable to sit and read out there. We were within walking distance of cafes, bars and shops and getting on a bus to go into broadbeach or surfers was so easy. The beach was so close and towels were provided for us to go swimming there.

If staying for a while, more towels need to be a standard with them swapped out every 3 days for cleanliness purposes. Also needed more crockery and blankets as we were there in winter and nights were cold. But these are minors easily outweighed by the positives.

Eric and Nikki were so helpful and friendly. We arrived early and our room was ready. They were both only too happy to answer any questions we had while we were there. We had covered parking behind an automatic gate which was excellent. We loved the spa and it was clean and a great temperature. They even put us in a room away from the main road, which we were thankful for. The accommodation was only 10 mins walk to Coles to get our supplies for the week. There are also a multitude of eating places that are reasonably priced. We ate dinner twice at Burleigh North Surf Club (8 mins walk) where they served excellent meals and made great coffees which we had a few times after our morning walk. We found our bed comfortable which was great as we were there for 8 nights. It was also nice and clean.

Brighter lighting in the lounge area would be nice as we found it a little dark.

Eric was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, plus double windows in the bedroom that kept it peaceful and quiet - even with nearby roadworks. Our apartment looked through the pines out to the ocean - I could have sat on the balcony just watching the waves all day. The location was perfect, close to everything, and just a short walk to the beach. My favourite spot to sit was on the boardwalk - a short stroll from the apartment. We’ll definitely be back for our next relaxing getaway.

Location, small property, comfortable bed, quiet, good parking, good balcony. Heated pool and spa, easy walk to beach, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful nearby beach. Streaming services available via smart tv. Nice outlook, to have all apartments overlooking pool and outdoor area. Great value for money.

No cleaning products provided and no in-house clean during our 9 night stay. This didn’t impact our stay, but is noted. Our apartment had no direct sun on balcony, trivial but noticed due to the extended time spent at unit working remotely.

The property was in a good location with fantastic staff.

our room faced the freeway which was very noisy. the bedroom window was double glazed but the doors in the main room, where my son was sleeping on a sofa bed weren’t and there was very loud traffic noise all night.
