Location and facilities

Rubbish bin in the room, bathroom are dirty and rusty, bin lid is broken. There’s no available pan to use.

Great beachfront location in close proximity to Nth Burleigh SLC and beach patrol. Choice of indoor and outdoor pools. Walking distance to Coles and popular Paddock bakery for great coffee. Walking tracks through to Miami and beyond or Burleigh.

Roadwork noise on Gold Coast Highway currently day and some nights. Housekeeping which has been addressed directly with management. Our apartment was rather basic and need of refurbishment. Crockery and kitchen appliances basic eg old toaster.( worried about setting off fire alarms if used)

Right on the esplanades, very close to Burleigh North Surf Club, shirt walking distance to Aldi and Coles. Lovely ocean breezes and ocean views. Pool was lovely as was the tennis court and surrounds. Security was good.

Our apartment was a bit tired - dishwasher surrounds were seriously water damaged, tap in bathroom dripped/ran continuously, kitchen plates, toaster etc were all a bit substandard. Stain on carpet in second bedroom and the curtains in lounge kept falling off their track. Lounge needed a clean. Nothing major really but…. Our money was good

Great location and amazing views, we were able to watch the whales swimming south from the couch. Great facilities - outdoor pool was beautiful, and indoor pool and spa available for in bad weather. Tennis court was great and can borrow equipment from main office. Also a games room for kids and bbq areas in the grounds. Perfect location for a family get away. Great cafes close by and a Cole’s and Aldi just up the road. The apartment was perfect with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a great kitchen and lounge area that fit us all very comfortably. Would love to stay again.

We were lacking an iron (but had an ironing board) and only had three bowls but I’m sure if we’d reported this it would have been rectified - it just didn’t bother us that much. Bit of construction going on on the highway at the moment which was very noisy one night - which obviously has nothing to do with the apartments but is something to be aware of.

The sea view of the beach from our 6th floor apartment was lovely. Access to the beach and Surf Club was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and the building manager was very helpful with the TV/internet issue we encountered.

There were a couple of items I would have liked in the kitchen that were missing (eg a jug to put water in the fridge for cooling some tap water). Some supplied products could have been a little more generous eg we were only provided with 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for a family of 4 for a multiple day stay.

We’ve stayed several times because we absolutely love the location, sun and views. The indoor pool and wee gym are great and the residents and other guests are very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Leoni for going above and beyond to help us with a couple of things.

It was a bit noisy at night with the infrastructure works going on (Sun-Thursdays) but that’s life. There’s lots of construction work going on across Burleigh so you can’t get away from it. It didn’t disturb us much. We did think that a small investment in kitchen supplies (e.g. non-stick frypan, roasting dish, glasses, grater etc) would have made a big difference. It was a bit thin if you were cooking at home regularly. The staff were very helpful and provided some from their stock. We bought a cheap nonstick frypan and donated it.

Location, quiet and close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Heated pool was great too. Large spacious apartment with ocean views.

Mould in the bathrooms, couldn’t open windows so this I assume is a reoccurring matter. Blankets dirty. Not sure if they are washed between visitors. Maybe they could come in a plastic bag so it gives the impression they are clean? Maybe not charge to use tennis rackets. Instead you could ask for a deposit to ensure they are returned? When you want to play with kids, you know they won’t last very long. $10 for a set of rackets each day is average i think. We already pay for the use of the apartment and facilities, I would expect this to be included.

we stayed in a huge 2 bedroom two bathroom place which although a little dated was very clean. We had a big kitchen and living area and a laundry. We were directly opposite the beach and just a very short walk to transport, cafes, shops, Coles/Aldi, pubs and clubs etc. There was an indoor and out door pool both immaculate and the grounds were very well maintained.

Only fans in the bedrooms but if you left curtains closed and aircon on during day bedrooms were not hot. Beds were comfortable - not the best but not the worst either.

Beautiful apartment 15D... magnificent views, so spacious and clean and excellent facilities. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and so much room. Best TV, so many channels to suit everyone (aged 14 to 82) The pools were lovely, the BBQ area, tennis court, excellent location.. close to the beach, surf club, shops..30 years of visiting Burleigh Beach and this apartment was THE BEST! The man who maintained the property was amazing and the reception staff were so helpful and friendly...100% recommend... thankyou

Having to leave!

We loved the location, our apartment was on level nine, so we got a lovely view towards Burleigh Beach. The complex was great, enjoyed the indoor pool, spa, and steam room. Car parking was secure and easy to use, and the reception staff very friendly. Also appreciated the midstay servicing of our room. We would love to stay here, again!

I would like a doona on the bed, the bed was just made up with sheets, and while we were able to get blankets out of the wardrobe, I’m never sure how frequently they are washed.
