Outrigger had a real “holiday” feel. Great pool & spa in nice gardens. Great car park underneath the building. Comfortable bed. The manager was very helpful when I discovered there wasn’t a kettle in our room…he immediately gave us a brand new kettle for the room.

When we arrived, the desk manager didn’t know we’d requested a pool view room…we were originally given a road facing room. Had to come back down to reception and change rooms. Please let the manager know the bathroom tap was very wobbly…we could’ve easily broken it off. Room 112. Noisy roadworks at the front, and noisy building works at the back (not so noisy that we were overly irritated though)

The venue was easy to find even with the road works, and staff were friendly and very helpful, a lovely spacious room with full sized fridge and sink. And a restaurant next door was very convenient and delicious

No where could we find the hours for the reception so it was a little disappointing to arrive at 6:45pm to find reception closed. When we realised we didn't have any towels in our room early in the morning we didn't know when reception would open to ask for some, luckily every time I called the out of hours contact they lady was lovely and very efficient at helping me

Great location within easy access to restaurants,cafes & clubs all providing great meal options.One Street back from a beautiful patrolled beach and the foreshore provides a fantastic walking path, exercise equipment and parkland. The accommodation was very clean & comfortable and we found it a perfect location for our overnight stopover whilst on a road trip when heading north from Newcastle to Bundaberg, and we happily stayed there again for our stopover on our way back home two weeks later. Reception staff were very friendly and professional making checking in & checking out very quick & easy

Great location, 100m from the nearest patrolled beach and North Burleigh Surf Lifesaving Club. Friendly, helpful and efficient hosts and staff. Spotlessly clean. We had a ‘family’ room with two adults and three teenagers sharing together. Enough space with a sliding door straight out to the pool area. Great pool and spa. Excellent parking in the basement. Bonus was a microwave in the room. Although you couldn’t cook, heating a microwave meal from Coles (100m away) was a good budget meal for the night, between meals out. Hosts also provided dishwashing liquid and cloths. Laundry in the basement at a cost of $5 per load to wash and $5 per load to dry.

They did well between Gold Coast Hwy and light rail works out the front and demolition and rebuild of a property out the back. The nights were quiet which was all we needed. I’m sad to see all the Burleigh low rises go.

Good location near North Burleigh Surf Club super close to the beach, food and nice cafe across the road Egg and Bacon Roll best I’ve ever eaten and get discount when staying at Outrigger, had exceptionally rude replies to questions about date changes so be careful if book with “flexible date change option” as i was totally gobsmacked by responses !!! The resort is great smallish pool and outdoor area but beach so close .. very clean and comfortable all up

Room allocation near Reception got woken by comings and goings of other guests and reception speaking loudly and phone ringing . Friendly reception guy happy to provide late checkout but still had housekeeping knocking at original check out time so lack of communication

The Manager Greg was super accommodating and lovely to deal with. I have a motorhome and there is not a lot of places to park a large vehicle near the hotel. He offered me a space that was so perfect, right outside the entrance that was not an actual car park. Made me much more comfortable with my over night stay.

It was super duper cold and there were no rugs or carpets on the tiled floor.and the air con took forever to warm the room up.🥶 There was no knife, fork, bowls or plates in the room.

Managers were lovely , place was close to beach .apartment was tidy and had all i needed .

Bed mattress was awful, had to ask for a mattress topper which manager gave me to improve . My room looked over rd works and was noisy at times no fault of property but would book beach side only next time.

Staff were really nice and extremely helpful. The outdoor area was spacious with tables and chairs with shade. Complex had pool and BBQ also a resteraunt was next door. The rooms were clean and basic, but comfortable if you're only needing it to sleep in they're great. There's also a lift for accessibility

Nothing I disliked a couple of small plates to be provided so you could snack and not make a mess or when you have to warm something up. It's not like you're cooking though so not a huge deal

Close to beach, supermarkets and transport. Our room was clean, fresh and recently renovated. Spacious for a motel room Pool & spa were heated and well maintained. Plenty of lounge chairs Property manager is on-site and lovely Secure foyer and underground unallocated parking

The property is on a busy road with lots of foot traffic from a couple of loud undesirables one night. The language entertained us but may offend others and unsure if this occurs on a regular basis. The floor hallway smelt of cigarette smoke

Room was very clean. It was set out well with lounge chairs, tv bed internet. Balcony overlooked pool and a lovely quiet area. You would not think you are staying on a main road. Tea and coffee and plenty of cups, glasses plates and cutlery. Get to see hand wash in bathroom and even body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall to use.

There was nothing that we did not like. Maybe not as much water laying on floor of car park. Driveway a bit tricky with roadworks being done out front. The noisy beep when lift arrives. May they could turn it down. Very high pitched beeping
