Very clean but the place is a little old, so it shows. Bed was comfortable. Close to where we needed to go. We were NOT here for the beaches. Didn't spend much time lounging around the property while we here and was too cold for the pool anyway. Tea and coffee provided, plus kettle. That's always a bonus. Coles just a few minutes walk away. Close to beaches. Very convenient area.

Very short on power points. Had to juggle my charging. One morning there was a power surge so lost power in "kitchen" area and had to use the bedside points for kettle and charging. Major works outside property for miles, but you can't stop that. At least it wasn't noisy at night.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at this accommodation. Very clean and adequate facilities in room and onsite. Parking was easily accessible and provision of security was a great peace of mind. Excellent location, very convenient. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Two potential areas for improvement for me would be: now knowing the property has three floors with no lift, I would request a ground floor over the third floor room (I’m no spring chicken!) and it would have been nice to have the opportunity to see managers more onsite.

Location is excellent, short walk to shops, beach, clubs and local brewerys. Very quiet, undercover parking and we were lucky enough to check in early as our room was ready. Checkin was easy and all the staff we met were very friendly. Our beds were very comfortable, our room was quite spacious and the shower was hot with excellent pressure.

The Unit was very clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. This is our 2nd stay at this property, due to proximity to family living nearby.

Our only comment is the huge increase in tariff. December 2024 we paid $143 for the same type of room. This time we paid $260. Granted it was Saturday night but that’s rather a large increase. We note next Saturday 28 June is only $179 and that is the first weekend of Qld School Holidays. At $260 we consider it overpriced and probably will not stay again.

The room was very clean, bed was very comfy and shower head pressure was the best.

I wasn't prepared for the extensive roadworks going on with the Gold Coast Light Rail. The ADDRESS and entrance is totally blocked off. I understand this is not the fault of the Motel. But I would have thought when I spoke to 2 different ladies the day before and the day of arrival, that one of them would have given me the address of the rear entrance from the street behind. This would have been great so I wouldn't have had to park and walk through dirt and dust to get to the reception only to be told to navigate my own way around to the back entrance. Still no street address given to me for google maps. Lucky I am good with direction and managed it. But, I shouldn't have had to.

Directions to the resort were easy to follow with plenty of undercover parking available. The outdoor area was kept tidy and clean and offered a wonderful pool and BBQ/dining area. The room itself was exceptionally clean and exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect and just a short walk from a cafe and the beach. Staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and were friendly and helpful.

Room was on the ground floor, at our request, close to the covered car parking space and directly next to the pool. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was large enough for the two of us.

Only the weather on the weekend we stayed, although it rained a lot we were not affected by it and were able to walk to the beach ,surf club, hotel supermarket and coffee shop

Good location, well presented, comfortable bed, crisp sheets, excellent pillow, comfortable room, nice pool, well served by house staff

A box of tissues would be a nice touch. Getting up the stairs with a heavy suitcase isn't welcomed, but that goes with the type of property. Not a huge problem but, if you're getting on a bit in age, book a ground floor room.

We arrived after hours but check in was still easy and we had been upgraded to a family room which was nice. The apartment had everything we needed , was very clean, is in a great location and the staff were great.

A sink in the apartment would be an added bonus so you don’t have to wash up in the bathroom but I understand it’s a budget place so it was still fine

It was so cute! Very lovely stay it was so clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located near Burleigh beach which was absolutely beautiful!

I tried to go for a swim in the morning, after 8am when the pool is open. I could not open the gate even trying with my key to access the pool. There was nobody in the office I could ask for assistance.
