We loved how close this was to the beach, the 2 pools (1 heated and 1 normal), loved the kids pool and our room was perfect for what we required as a family.

I can't believe we had to purchase extra toilet paper and we needed a face washer which wasn't provided (usually a standard item) and an extra bath mat. These had to be hired which was shocking. The games amenities were very poor and the property needed extra cleaning up high and on the balcony. Unfortunately there was a lot of work being done to the property too as well as a ton of local construction works which made the stay unpleasant, but not the resort's fault.

The heated outdoor pool was fantastic! Our apartment was spacious for our family of 5, super comfortable beds and living area. We were out and about all day so it was perfect for what we needed. Access was easy as was the parking.

We had read the reviews before arriving so we packed extra towels and bathroom products as there wasn't a lot there and the cleaning products in the kitchen were a bit limited, but all easily solved with a quick trip to the supermarket :) The stairwell leading to our apartment was a bit tired and lugging all of our bags up 3 flights of stairs was a bit of a pain but completely doable.

Definitely liked the wonderful pools, close the beach, the garden areas and the shaded areas, has good secure basement parking and nice coffee shops and eateries.

The beds were okay but need mattress topper pads to make them comfortable in the unit we were in. Cleaning as in dusting. A lot of dust on top of hanging pictures even on the front of them, skirtings and window sills /Venetian blinds dusty. Walls from coming in from the basement car parking area to the walls going up the flights of stairs need black marks and dirty fingerprints cleaned off them. The entrance door to get into the unit/s need cleaning especially the doors with the mouldings on them. All seen through eyes of someone who has a self employed cleaning business .

The huge lagoon style pools are the main draw to this resort and are perfect for children to play safely, very enjoyable for adults too; they are definitely a highlight. Bbq facilities and spacious seating at tables at the edge of the pools enable families to gather outdoors for meals and socialising. The beach is easily accessed in minutes from the rear entrance to the resort; a healthy and very popular beach cafe, 2 big and busy surf clubs and a small shopping centre are within 5 to 10 minutes walk along the beach and parallel to the beach. The Miami Stairs look out gives a super view of the coast, right up to Surfers, and to Burleigh Heads the other way. The staff at reception are very pleasant and always helpful; Danny fixed a couple of issues in the apartment immediately making a 5 week plus stay very comfortable. The trees and foliage around the pool and resort are very well kept, daily infact. Though dated, this resort is a gem and is all you need for a happy, relaxed family holiday. Rather dated resort and apartment, floor tiles especially on balconies and walkways, otherwise a great resort. House keeping only twice over 5 weeks stay was rather unusual but there was a washing machine.

Two pools were great. Perfect temperature. Short walk across the road to beach where the water was also perfect and waves ideal for teenagers. Staff were mainly helpful and friendly, other than the one officious guy who chased us down for a $5 for boogie board rental (no signs saying they were for rent!). Not far from aldi and coles and the miami tavern but far enough away from the bogans of surfers. Very good for families. We'd definitely stay again.

It's great value for money but if you want 5 stars, this isn't it. We found the accommodation comfortable and the poos and beach are clearly the top selling points.

Location close to beach, nice looking pools and grounds ( we didn’t get to swim there due to time constraints with conference), staff are friendly & helpful & moved us to a different apartment when we were not happy with the condition of the first apartment. We enjoyed room 177 a 3 BR well laid out & furnished, clean apartment.

Apartments are individually owned so it depends on how the owners furnish & maintain their property & the first apartment no 158 was well below expectations. Staff were very helpful to resolve issue & move us so I would stay again just check apartment details at the time of booking. No lift so stairs could be tricky for those with age or mobility related issues.

The staff were freindly and listened to my needs . I had a 90 yo mothers so needed ground floor unit which they supplied. Loved the 2 resort style pools and bbqs dotted around. Was able to have family members use facilities so we could catch up over swim and BBQ.

The unit was in need of refurbishment which didn't worry us initially as was clean comfortable and bottom floor as requested, however the power kept shorting and our dryer needed replacing which was done promptly and also our oven broke half way through preparing a meal for family which due to thermostat caused my dessert to burn. Fortunately the manager promptly took my lasagne to his home and cooked it in their oven perfectly. Oven was replaced a few days later. The staff did their best.

2 x large pools with lots of barbeques and beautiful gardens. Direct beach access to a beatiful quiet Miami beach. Awesome location with plenty of parking at the beach front if needed. We had 2 cars. The staff were very accomodationg in finding a second park for us when they became available free of charge.

The resort grounds are Non-smoking which is great, however there were many patrons ignoring the rule and the smell of smoke was entering our unit. Our unit was not cleaned once nor were the towels replaced over 16 days. There is a washing machine and drier so we washed the towels ourselves.

The lovely staff, the pool and the gorgeous greenery. The location is excellent. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with renovated bathrooms. We had a grocery order delivered the day of our arrival and it had been delivered to our apartment and cold stuff put in the fridge.

The apartment needed some attention - one blind was coming out of the wall, a cupboard door was broken and the table on the balcony was peeling. There were dishes in the dishwasher and an unwashed towel in the washing machine that had gone mouldy.

The whole pool area was exceptionally clean and well kept, great for all types of people/ family. The location is very central and only a short walk to beach and walking paths. Close to eateries suited to all types. The units are quite spacious with good size balcony's. The unit is well appointed and secure. The resort is in a quiet location easily accessible by car / bus. They provide free onsite parking. The staff we talked with were polite, cheerful and very accommodating.

Having to go home after a fantastic holiday. Being totally honest I cannot find a dislike as it met all of our expectations and more.
