Great location. easy to get to. great views. very spacious apartment. great beach access

they wanted to do a pest control visit on day 3 of our 7 day stay. travelling with 2 young kids 1 that is crawling this wasn't possible or safe for our little one. after some back and forth this was finally cancelled. travelling on holidays and paying to stay somewhere we shouldn't have to worry about pest control visits etc this should be done when the property is vacant either side of our visit. staff understood why we didn't want this after some back and forth conversations but added unnecessary stress on our holiday.

Location was perfect - close to the beach, good distance from shops without being crowded or noisy. Apartment contained everything required. Bathrooms very clean.

The mattresses on all 3 beds were very old and uncomfortable, sagged significantly in the middle. Renovations on the building including swimming pool closure were not disclosed prior to cancellation deadline.

Excellent beachfront view. Building was old but seemed well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Location convenient to swimming beaches, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Furnishings a bit sparse. No indirect lighting, only garish overhesds. No bedside table or lamp in twin room. Road construction in area made getting around by car a hassle but neighborhood was walkable.

Proximity to beach, shops and the view of mountains and ocean. Kitchen was clean and so were the bathrooms

The pillows were too high and mattress slightly uncomfortable in the bedroom with 2 singles. The main bathroom was clean but once stepping into the tub to have a shower, was hard to wash hair or raise arms up due to the ceiling being so low. But overall, the 3 & a half star rating is appropriate for what you get.

Absolute beachfront property. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. The lady at the reception was so lovely and very helpful. We had a wonderful time. The unit had everything we needed, including a washing machine.

Main bedroom only had a ceiling fan, got a little bit hot. However, other apartments in the same building have air cons in the bedrooms, so maybe it was just ours.

The view was amazing and being right on the beach. Pool was lovely and clean. Location was great, cafe within short walking distance. Local surf clubs had beautiful views and delicious food.

There were no toiletries at all (soap to wash hands and 1 toilet roll). It would have been nice to have shampoo/conditioner and body wash included. The hot water did not last 4 showers.

Location right on the beach. Recently renovated. Clean and comfortable with all we needed to cook when we wanted to. Washer and dryer, aircon, fans, verandah to enjoy the weather and beach views. Secure parking and access to units.

It was steep to get our Aurion out of the carport. The towbar scraped unless it was only the driver inside.

The receptionist was amazing, she stayed on for an extra 45 minutes to make sure we could check in because we were running late. The room was clean and tidy and exceeded our expectations for the price and the location was amazing.

Heat lamps in the bathroom were too close to the door when it was open and is a potential hazard as the door had marks showing excess heat to the top of it. However as it’s the Gold Coast and heat lamps are not really needed and it didn’t affect our stay.

Right on the beach front, walking distance to cafes & restaurants, just a short drive to all the tourist attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. Even though we just had partial beach views the view from the kitchen was fabulous. Well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen & laundry.

While we didn't need it on this trip, there was no aircon so I imagine it would be hard to keep cool in summer. There are ceiling fans but they can only do so much. No shampoo provided & only a very small suppy of tea & coffee. We brought our own shampoo etc which was lucky.

Fantastic location with ocean view, large spacious apartment with two bathrooms, two tv's, laundry. Three separate doors opening on to large wrap around balcony. Unit had everything needed to cater for large family. Great value for money!

Noisy construction nearby starting too early, no block out blinds in the lounge room. Unfortunately lift wasn't functioning upon arrival so had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs but staff were on hand and happy to help. Management were quick to sort the lift issue and had it back up and running by the next day.
