This property was amazing!! It is literally across the road from a beautiful patrolled beach with all rooms having ocean views from a spacious balcony. The room also had another balcony at the back of the apartment. The apartment was so spacious with a massive kitchen, dining and living area with a huge dining table, large family size couch as well as single arm chairs, all the appliances you could want and foxtel. We loved having two bathrooms with a washing machine and dryer. The pool and spa were also great. Tim the apartment manager was so friendly and personal, ensuring all our needs were met.

We loved everything about the property! We did have a slight issue with our hot water system which Tim ensured was fixed quickly and offered us another room while it was getting fixed.

Carpenters were renovating an apartment above us and started work @ 7am - so nor conducive to a relaxing morning start! Essentials weren't supplied for the length of today stay (eg toilet paper, dishwasher tablets or powder, laundry liquid.

Location was great. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were good. Double bed was good, single bed was lumpy. Fans were ancient and noisy.n

The air conditioner was insufficient for the 2 bedrooms and incredibly noisy at night. Only providing one bin bag for kitchen waste for 7 days was insufficient. It became smellie and unhygienic. Also all the other properties we’ve stayed at on the GC, close by, provided enough dishwasher tablets for our stay and at least 4/5 capsules for the washing machine. The charge from reception was ridiculous. I bought some from the supermarket and left the ones we didn’t use with my granddaughter.

Location, views from the balcony and the facility manager. What more could you ask for than waking up to the uninterrupted views of the beach and promenade and being just a few steps away from feeling the sand between your toes. Apartment was spacious and well laid out.

Some items in the apartment my family stayed in were low quality (e.g. standard oven - not fan oven), but we were there for the location and there are many local dining options

Location was excellent - right across from the beach. Good underground parking facilities too.

They provided very limited household amenities for a week's stay - 2 rolls of toilet roll, 1 towel per person, no tea towels, no washing up liquid, one dishwasher tablet, one washing machine thingy. It would have cost them a minimal amount extra to make this suitable for a week's stay, rather than us having to go out and buy these basic amenities and waste 3/4s of them.

Stunning location! Quiet street and directly across from patrolled beach- very family friendly as no main roads to cross. Pool was lovely, with heated spa on cooler days. Apartment was 5/5 child friendly and very comfortable. Tim was super friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing! Families with prams and lots of gear would definitely need ground floor as there are stairs to/from basement parking and up to higher levels.

Great location but the best thing is the manager Tim who spent an hour with us setting up all the TV options because the apartment we were in was newly added to the group.

Some small repairs needed around the bottom edge of the shower and only shutters in the double bedroom which we couldn't close properly. Then when Tim managed to close them we had to leave them like that. Needs some curtains.

Quiet and well located....close to patrolled beach and good restaurants. Lovely beach walks to a number of Surf clubs. Spacious living area with uninterrupted views of the beach. Plenty of good street parking for visitors. Manager was very helpful and kind.

Only 3 floors so no lifts. Need some stamina if you are on the third floor!

The proximity to everything and the view. The staff were lovely. The apartment was lovely and clean. Great that there was a washer and dryer.

More Pillows and towels would be good. And a beach towel for everyone. Wifi kept dropping out during the rainy nights and days. Unable to watch TV when wifi is not working

Brilliant location.... not too close to the craziness of Surfers P. Right on the beach. The views are incredible. Calm, family-friendly and funky environment. Big unit... clean, decent and old-school, and our top floor unit rocked the views. Good value for money...decent, not silly overpriced, and because of that...incentivises for one to return. Professional & Welcoming Hospitality .... Property & Bookings Mgt team led by Tim McConnell was excellent. Really welcoming, supportive and encouraged a sensational holiday and stay. Makes a huge difference. Congrats.
