We stayed overnight, and did not use the facilities however the pool, bbq areas, children's play room and putt putt area appeared pristine and welcoming.

The check-in process was inflexible and rigid, and I found the reception staff automated and not welcoming. I had booked the apartment and was sharing the apartment with my sister & her daughters, who arrived earlier than I had. I had made the initial booking, but my sister was happy to show her photo id and submit her credit card as security, until I arrived (45 mins. later). My sister then rang and spoke to me, and I said I could take a photo of my licence and tell them my credit card used for the booking over the phone and I could then confirm these details upon my arrival. They refused to accept any of this, and would not allow my sister to enter the apartment until I had arrived and physically checked-in.

The rooms were great, very spacious for a family and had everything in it that you may need.

There was so much to do, but unfortunately due to check in time being 4:00pm (which we didn't realise until it was too late to cancel our booking) and us having a function at 6:00pm we didn't get to enjoy any of the facilities. We used the pool before check out in the morning but the kids were sad that we didn't get to do mini golf or have fun in the huge kids area. It was a beautiful resort so we would consider coming to stay again so the kids can enjoy all the fun activities available.

Clean, tidy resort and not too big. Quiet and did not see many other guests. Great choices for food and entertainment - central location - great resort for the children and families, particularly the indoor pool when the outdoor pool is a little cold this time of year - we all had a great weekend and plan to return.

Construction noise early Saturday morning but understand this is part of surrounding construction works.

The apartments located on the beach side are in a good location however I don't recommend staying in the apartments at the back as they are adjacent to the Gold Coast Highway, where construction is proceeding on the Gold Coast Light Rail. The manager kindly agreed to move us to the beach side, due to the construction noise.

We had such a great stay for the one night we were there. There were something to occupy all ages - my toddler LOVED the toddler playroom, while my teens enjoyed the Consoles, Air Hockey & Mini Putt, and we all enjoyed our booking in the Cinema room. Wish we had time to use the Pools and Spa which all looked amazing. Literally across the road from the beach! Lovely room with everything we could need - full Kitchen, 2x Bathrooms, Washer/Dryer. Excellent value for money.

Our only real disappointment was that there were no restaurants or fast food within easy walking distance, so UberEats was our savior. Also had a misunderstanding with staff regarding the Sofa bed. Took two calls to have it resolved, but it was just a case of being misinformed by the first person we talked to.

Very well equipped apartment right across the road from the beach and a lovely board walk. Well situated with plenty of restaurants, cafe's, supermarkets and take away shops closed by. Loved the spa, games room and the mini golf. Ocean view was a real bonus.

Nothing, very lovely place to stay. Good value for money.

The location is amazing, the apartment was brightly clean, big enough even for 4 people. The kitchen has everything you need, exceed our expectations in this case. Staff very friendly.

The checkout time is very early, 10AM, considering the checkin time is 4PM when usually is 2PM. Air conditioner mentioned in the apartment facilities is just in the living room, the bedrooms just have fan, which was ok in April but I can't imagine in January or February.

We loved our short stay there; the staff were professional & friendly. Its well situated & a lovely apartment.

We both found it confusing initially with regards understanding direction to the unit. It was quite confusing following verbal directions until we found the way to the unit. Maybe printed directions of the layout would assist 1st time visitors. I realise this is a personal thing but we found the bed quite firm & uncomfortable

Great location, close to shops and the beach is directly across the road. Awesome facilites with lots for the kids to do and plenty of BBQ areas.

The rooms are outdated and the maintenance of the rooms is very poor. Lots of patch fixes everywhere that are very ugly. They need a new maintenance crew. The main mattress needs to be replaced as it sags in the middle.

Friendly and accomadating staff, very helpful with local events and places to visit. A very family friendly accommodation with good sized rooms. Would happily stay again. Position is perfect just a 1min stroll to the beach.

Roadworks are obviously happening at the moment but its along the whole stretch of goldcoast highway, Maybe bring ear plugs or headphones if your staying during this period its not the venues fault.
