Fantastic location, a short stroll to the beach, right near public transport (bus to train station, bus to light rail and buses north and south from location on the Gold Coast). Also, lots of shops, restaurants and places to eat close by. Rooms were clean, with fast internet, with everything needed (except a kitchen sink). Staff super helpful, when required.

No pool towels, though did provide extra bathroom towels to use. Could be a bit noisy, the walls are a little thin. No sink in the room, though did provide an alternative (bowl to wash up in).

The location is the best. It's so close to the restaurant called "the Paddock Bakery", for breakfast and lunch and all other restaurants in the area in walking distance, including a Coles. Shopping centres within 10 minutes drive. The laundry, pool were best for us during our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. Was lucky and Car parking space was available every time we came to the Motel. But street parking is available if the car park is full. Many beds.

A new TV with Netflix or at least Youtube will be very good for tenants. The TV is an outdated version.

It was a last minute booking, price and locality were ideal. Central to everything that I was on the Gold Coast for. Room larger than I expected. Self contained which was a bonus as I didn't realise when I booked however I was only there for a night so didn't use anything. Very clean throughout.

No fault to the hotel, due to roadworks on the Gold Coast highway, access to and from the highway was annoying. The roadworks are a pain but I knew they would be having recently moved from the Gold Coast. Was good to have on-site parking otherwise it would have been a nightmare trying to park locally. Roadworks pretty much the only downside.

Clean and basic renovated room comfortable for one night. one of the cheapest in the area. Easy check in. Can't fault for the price

Didn't feel very secure with only basic internal style key door knob and long term residents loitering in the hallways. The old ceilings had dust hanging from them. The bathroom vanity was literally a sink big enough for your hands. No where to get ready in front of a mirror

I must say this brief stay I had at this accommodation was very much enjoyed. Firstly, I was running late to check-in on a Sunday and the owner phoned me and was proactive in ensuring a seamless experience. Service was exceptional. Accomm was very well maintained, practice, comfortable. Best experience I have had in the last 10 stays or more

Burleigh Gold Coast Motel is a super clean, affordable and perfectly located motel. Directly across the Gold Coast Highway and one short block you're at beautiful North Burleigh Beach. There's great cafes just down the road off Christine Avenue. The Paddock and Common Ground to name two. The motel is in comfortable walking distance to James St in Burleigh Heads (20 mins). It is a budget motel so don't expect turn down chocolates and a full mini bar but there is everything you need. Fresh clean linen, modern bathroom, microwave, fridge and some cutlery and crockery provided, just as the photographs suggest. The rooms are bright and spacious and the property overall is well maintained with lovely garden landscaping around the outside, a nice pool area and pretty painted art design on the front wall leading to reception. There is a large carpark at the rear of the motel which is complimentary however works on a first in basis. Marina, the motel property manager is lovely. So friendly and helpful! As were all staff I met during my stay. Thank-you very much to all!

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The room is extremely tiny. There is no proper kitchen sink to clean dishes. Coffee was horrible (weak and not enough provided). Not enough toiletries were provided. Shower curtain instead of a glass screen!!! The bathroom door has no lock. But most of all, the RECEPTIONST was EXTREMELY RUDE when checking in. Not very welcoming at all. Do not stay here.

The lady on arrival in reception was the most friendly and helpful lady. She put me in a larger family room, that had double glazing, which helped reduce noise from the night roadworks outside the motel. The motel had recently been renovated and everything was spotless. Location was great.

Two things, and neither were the motels fault, the rain and the ongoing roadworks. Luckily none of them are permanent.

Good size room and convenient for us to get around.

The car park was full in the back of the hotel when we got back from dinner and had to park half a kilometre in a backstreet, which was inconvenient. I think there should be allocated parking for each room.

Reception staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating, I had to finish late, but my other party checked in before me, and the staff made sure that went smootly. I liked how all the decor matched, the little dining table was tied in to match the inbuilt bedside tables, also matching the bed linen and towels. The bed was not firm at all, which is rare for hotels, and was one of the most comfortable beds I've EVER slept on. Everything was almost clinically clean. They provided a really good brand of tea and instant coffee, and the best milk to go with it. The communal areas were also very clean. Would definitely recommend.

I didn't like hearing other guests outside in the corridors, despite them trying to be quiet, or hearing other guests doors open and close. The sound ehoes through the other rooms. That is my only criticism.
