The apartment was very well located and was well equipped and comfortable

The male caretaker has an appalling manner with guests . Extremely rude and abrupt and inflexible . He spoiled an otherwise fabulous stay at your property . Kate is lovely and friendly though !!!

The room was spacious, the veiw was outstanding, kitchen was equipped quite well, bathrooms were roomy, Lady at reception was absolutely lovely and very nice to us during our stay and super easy and help with communications. Kind gesture of Avocados in reception area, excellent location being far enough from the main township with traffic but close enough to walk to with ease. Shopping so close by and 711 convenience just around the corner. Life guards/flagged swim location almost directly in front of the door (across the road)

Communications with male host were unfriendly / unhelpful each time contact was made. After requesting the gentleman to offer a reasonable amount of help, he did. (to his credit) Unfortunately those first interactions have made the impression and it was actually the only reason the rating wasn't higher.

Good location, lovely view, well equipped apartment in general.

No room service at all which was ok except we were not informed beforehand and as a family of five had no towel change in seven days and the dryer was not working. There was absolutely no contact with any staff so no way to address the problem. An sms was not responded to. There were no pool towels. The spa pool did not work and was not fixed over the weekend we were there. Very limited supplies of things like soap and dish detergents (sufficient for one night only) problematic for keeping things clean over longer stays.

The location is perfect; the apartment was of perfect size for the amount of guests we had. Pool and facilities well looked after and could not fault.

Although the apartment was of perfect size and position, with a balcony overlooking the ocean; the apartment needs a bit of maintenance and tlc. Lucky the weather didn’t require air conditioning as 2 of the 3 air conditioners didn’t work and the other barely did. The rug in the lounge is a trip hazard as the corners have turned up. The shower screen on the bath is only hanging on by a bit of silicone and is a danger of falling off, don’t move it. There is mould in the drawers in the second bedroom.

All apartments face the ocean . It’s an easy walk to James St , cafes and restaurants. There is a 7/11 around the corner. Parking is available and plenty of room for our hire car. The apartment was well equipped with crockery .. cooking utensils etc if you want to eat in.

We had apartment 9 on the 4th floor which had an ok view through the pine trees across the road. I had requested a higher floor when we booked 6 months ago! The apartment was adequate.. plenty of room .. comfortable beds. But it could definitely benefit from an upgrade of the bathrooms and a deep clean of the furniture and the rug in the living room.Both stained from heavy use. One of the elevators was out of service , which we were informed about and it didn’t have any impact on our stay. But the other elevator had a problem on one of the days we were there and was out of action for several hours… we were glad then that we were on a lower floor. A couple more minor issues were dealt with by Tony pretty promptly.

Stunning view - very comfortable roomy apartment. Despite dated fit out it was Really homely !! The kitchen was great and lounge and balcony brilliant for a chill out space. Walking distance to everything and beach across road was stunning.

Only one shower was really useable and very limited kitchen equipment. A sign where to activate garage would be helpful especially at night. Balcony was favourite and beautiful but could see into neighbours when they sat there - of course who smoked the whole time despite no smoking policy so had to shut door. Party central at neighbour ended up badly and so not much sleep. Management were great in responding but the old Goldie vibe still ruins things at times. Stayed with my daughter who was very upset by fight. I normally stay in a high rise for this reason so you can shut it out. Think next time same again. But of a shame cause it could be so good for family.

We enjoyed our stay at Indigo, a very comfortable apartment close to all amenities and just across the beach. Great Views to the Ocean. We hardly used our car. The swimming pool was great also. We would return here in the future.

Because the weather was muggy and sticky due to rain, the rooms got quite warm without the air conditioning on. Only master bedroom had Air Cond, the other a fan, and the 3rd a pedestal fan. There was also AC in the living room, but perhaps the apartment would benefit from some Holland blinds to dull the brightness and reduce the heat to the living room at least.

very clean and spacious. kitchen was well equipped. beds were comfy. good location if you want to be away from the busy areas. a great place to stay.

there were no pool towels. we had to go and buy our own. also we were only issued 1 towel each for a weeks stay but we probably should have been given 2 sets of towels each and 2 sets of hand towels and flannels so we could use the fresh set while the others were being washed and dried. no flannels at all were issued. we also went and bought flannels.

Loved the location. The unit itself was beautiful.

. We were made to feel like we were completely not welcome because of numerous rude interactions with a man in the lobby, first the rudeness on arrival, then about a trolley toward my daughter who was then to scared incase she saw him again then about a skim board which was completely rude and demanding. The cooking pan was terrible the shower door in the ensuite it horrible. The kitchen tap is broken . No curtains or aircon in the bed rooms. We won’t back. It’s unfortunate because it’s such a beautiful place but the man downstairs is horrible and we needed to cook every night due to not being able to go out and eat . And it was made difficult with the crappy cookware.

Beautiful location and stunning views. The apartment is large enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Great restaurants near by, even a gluten free take away shop just a beachside stroll away. The sauna is 1 of the best I've used and large enough for a group. We will stay again.

Some small over looked areas of the apartment where very dusty. Unfortunately the gym had be removed before our stay. I had booked months before the gym was removed and there was no communication or offer of discount after the fact. There are local gyms, which are "unstaffed/tag entry" so there are no casual visit options.
