Excellent customer service. Nice location Friendly staff Almost all facilities were available which you can imagine in a holiday home.

Just need to improve the level of cleanliness. Although the apartment was clean by the look of it but not deeply cleaned. Especially people with dust allergies, it can be hard to spend time here for a longer period of time. It would be great if the building can have a couple of carpet free apartments so that people allergic to carpet (Asthma and Dust mites allergies) can also be accommodated.

very spacious, clean 2 bedroom apartment. It is one of the better accommodations that I have stayed at in the GC 10 mins from surfers paradise, close to beach and shops. nice pool and warm spa

No clear sign as to where reception is to check in. We spent a considerable amount of time walking around the gated apartments calling out and trying to ring their phone number which kept saying the number had been disconnected. We were lucky that some tenant came out and let us in and gave directions to receiption. Once we got in our apartment it made up for the above as the apartment was excellent.

Nice quiet block of apartments, easy to get to, lovely views and close to the beach. Arrived late at night but accessing keys was a breeze, instructions were easy to follow and stress/hassle free

Cleanliness of the apartment was questionable and a little outdated compared to the pictures online, however, for the price of a 2 bedroom apartment in a location so close to the beach, it was the least of my worries. Also didn’t really stay in the apartment most of the days we were there anyway.

Beach short walking distance - besach was patrolled - good surfing beach plus wind surfing. Location was perfect once all the faciloities were known - major probem was the massive road/tram development that was in progress! Cleanliness was exceptable but little things (clothes dryer filter clogged) let it down.

Construction work on the Gold Coast Highway tram conversion and the poorly controlled and ever changing road traffic configuration - do not rely on Google maps!

Close to the beach, transport and shops. Lovely pool, spa and BBQ area. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly making our stay very enjoyable as nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely ground floor accommodation with a huge outdoor area, perfect for our grandchildren to play. Unit very clean. Would recommend and stay again.

Very poor internet connection. Couldn't use my Ipad whilst at the resort. Kitchen very spacious but not well equipped. No frying pan or salad or serving bowls. Kitchen came with 2 saucepans and a sieve as well as dinner set, glasses and cutlery. Had to purchase some items to be able to cook as we had a family of 6. A little noisy as on the main road, but that didn't deter us from enjoying our stay.

Nice large property. had most things that was needed in order to be comfortable. Nice secure carpark that was very large. In walking distance to the beach. Overall a good experience.

Crimsafe or key lockable screen doors to the main balcony off the lounge room and master bedroom - would be good. Also the key that would enable the user to use the deck entry to go to the beach would be good rather than walking around. lockable screen doors would save on the aircon being used and therefore the electricity used. TV in master bedroom would be good. toasted sandwich maker ?

Was a bit nervous after reading the reviews but honestly we found nothing to complain about, room was large and comfortable- big Kitchen, dining table, laundry - the main bedroom and walk through was a great size. Pool was lovely and warm and the kids loved the spa. Great price considering what a 2 bed in some of the big hotels was for the same 2 nights.

Great location and good size with everything you need In the apartment so you could have a relaxed stay! Well appointed kitchen with full oven, microwave, dishwasher etc if you want to do your own food.

The elderly may struggle if on the top floors because of no lift so maybe ask for ground floor.

Beautiful modern property with all the creature comforts. The apartment was beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable to sleep in.

Unfortunately due to no fault of the property, there is continuous roadworks at night, which makes having a good night’s sleep difficult. Something to keep in mind when booking.

Lovely resort with great pool and BBQ area.

1 towel short, no cutlery basket in dishwasher and mo instructions 5th bed was fold out couch but eventually found it and very comfy. Oh no dishwasher liquid. Only minor things which can be corrected. Office closed when we checked out Sunday so unable to letbthem know.
