All facilities advertised were provided. The property is located in a quiet area close to the beach. Lots of interesting cafes and restaurants very close. A convenience store, chemist, BWS and other shop[s in the same strip. While the property may be a little 'tired' it met the requirements, purpose and budget for the trip. Property is very quiet with no noise from others. The pool was clean and well presented.

The room was light, airy and on the top floor with wonderful views of Surfers Paradise. The room was equipped with all the amenities you could want for a self contained apartment. The pool and area was very clean and welcoming, the staff were very accommodating and the secure carpark was very handy

The bed was a bit too soft in the main room, one of my daughters beds creaked loudly with every move and with two beds in the smaller room, it was too small to close the door. The shower struggled to get very hot and the shower head was a bit old and struggled to stay upright.

We had an amazing stay at Beaches on Wave Street hotel in Brisbane, QLD, Gold Coast! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the service was top notch. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from Felix. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel like we were receiving high-class service. We highly recommend Beaches on Wave Street to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Gold Coast. Thanks again, Felix, for making our stay so special.

Location 10/10, couldn't ask for a better spot. 2min walk to the beach, coffee shop on the corner, lots of great food & restaurants & great access to all the gold coast attractions. My partner & I went there to surf & relax & we did exactly that. Apartment has full kitchen and laundry, and pool was relaxing too. The proximity to the beach was the best & you have a secure carpark under the complex. Bed was also very comfy. Great value for money!!! Would stay again & recommending to friends/family.

The apartment doesn't get serviced, so you have to go down to get more toilet paper etc. & towels cost extra. But I just washed them and did groceries when we arrived.

The location was amazing! The apartment was spacious and generally clean and well presented. Fully furnished, with large fridge, washing machine and dryer this apartment has everything you need. Undercover secured parking available. Restaurants cafes close by and patrolled beach a 5min walk away.

Apartment (26) was located through a series of stairwells, situated on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs only. Aircon had visible mould and apartment is a little tired in some areas.

The staff at this place were outstanding and incredibly helpful, can't say enough nice things about Felix and Rusi. Location is top notch, a 3 minute walk to the beach is unbeatable, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Apartments equipped with full kitchen and laundry made the stay very comfortable since we could cook and refresh our clothes. Nice amount of space in living area for gatherings and 6 people dinner, with TV and free WIFI. Assigned parking was very convenient and we appreciated the security around requiring fobs to enter the property, stairwells and garage. It definitely is an unpretentious joint but provided good value for money. Bonus - all the apartments gave a little balcony or porch with seating which was delightful. The 1 bedroom unit we were in had been recentishly redone and was really nice and modern and had a private terrace out back as well, that was a lovely surprise.

Only thing that put a slight damper was the state of some of the utensils and crockery, which in fairness to the property, previous guests are expected to wash themselves or be fined. Still it was a bit offputting to find utensils with caked on stuff and grimy dishes...but nothing that couldn't be fixed with some dish soap so not a huge deal. 4 of the 5 bedrooms we experienced were comfortable, but 1 of the beds was noticeably sinking towards the headboard which probably just means it's due for a refresh.

The apartments are close to the beach and shops. The staff was amazing, and very helpful. The facilities in the unit were great. The pool and spa facilities were wonderful.

This isn't a dislike but just a note. There is no elevators on the property, so if you are someone who may be bringing lots of luggage or have issues with stairs I would suggest asking for a ground-level or first-floor apartment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything you'd want - supermarkets, cafes, public transport...the beach was so close. I enjoyed the general quietness and security this place offered. I especially enjoyed having access to a balcony.

Beds weren't very comfortable and you couldn't shut the door of the room with 2 beds due to there not being enough space with both beds

The property is in a great location, close to the beach and shops, cafes, even a pharmacy. The pool and hot tub were used daily by the kids. The hot tub providing somewhere for them to have a splash even on the odd day that the weather cooled.
