Well set out and very neatly presented. They have a lot of facilities to enjoy, particularly for families. It is an excellent location for others as well. Nobby Beach has some beautiful eating places and cafes etc. It's a lovely beach and the large shopping centre of Pacific Fair is very close by. It's at the centre of a lot of good things.

It was rather a strange parking set up for I think only three poolside units. I was given a free upgrade which was lovely. The parking was some distance from the unit if you wanted to keep to a path. It wasn't a big problem but I do prefer the car to be right out the front. I suspect it was only those three units that had that set up. A very minor detail.

Loved the area, it felt very safe, friendly and welcoming. We stayed at a hotel before here and certainly didn’t like it as much as we loved Nobby Beach Holiday Park. The guests were all happy and kind, the staff were beyond lovely (even helped us stuff two big teddies we won into vacuum bags!). The services were great and I am so grateful to them for upgrading not only us but also my grandparents room too which made such a big difference to them. We were all put together closely and loved the fact they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. By far the most outstanding service we received over the whole trip, their customer service was exceptional.

Only a very very minor thing was that there wasn’t too much space on the sides of the queen bed to walk between but it wasn’t an issue - more of a very small inconvenience. Everything else certainly made up for it!

Swimming pool with the slide and two kids playgrounds. Deluxe villa with two bedrooms and small lounge/kitchen had all that we needed.

Children's hub didn't really have any books or games for kids to play with. With 'kids pokey machines' there we avoided going there at all. There were only two bottle recycling bins. Couldn't find any cardboard or plastic recycling bins, so had to put all recyclable utems in the general waste bin.

We booked basic accommodation because we were looking for a cheap weekend getaway. We aren't campers or caravanners so were dubious about a room using the shared amenities. They were clean and so close to our room it was super convenient. The location to the beach and shops was also excellent

The car parks were very small and difficult to manoeuvre our ute which seems like an interesting choice considering people were driving caravans and campervans around very narrow streets

Value for the money, little kitchen area had basics to be able to cook a little meal. Had a fridge as well but I didn’t really need to use it. Was at the close proximity to the toilets and showers. Was very convenient with kids. Beds and blankets were clean and comfortable. Kitchen cabinets were a little bit dusty but that didn’t affect me.

Kitchen nob was loose. Old furniture and a bit of dust in the cabinets. Room was small but I think it is fine for the amount of money paid.

The instant fresh clean smell when you open the door to the basic studio room and the building is over 20 yrs old .. my daughter loved the ninja playground and extremely loved and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water slide which was perfectly heated at beautiful 28 being winter was perfect..

The power cord for electric frypan in room didn't not fit the actual fry pan and there was no egg flip which makes cooking pancakes for breakfast a little difficult And out of all the communication which was fantastic and a lil repetitive Ithere was only one message that mentioned current road closure and directions to new entrance. Which was the one message that was missed in all of the other emails.

The facilities were great, staff were friendly and we received a free room upgrade which was a nice bonus. Good location only a short walk from the beach/shops and a short drive from larger shopping centres etc. good base location to do day trips to gold coast attractions.

The floors in the room felt a little sticky/grippy, I think they might need a good steam clean/scrub. Our room was right next to the main road which was quite noisy when trying to sleep at night. Throughout our stay we also encountered cockroaches throughout our accommodation, many small ones throughout the kitchen area and kitchen cupboards. This was reported to reception upon checkout to ensure that the villa could be treated prior to the next booking.

We have stayed here multiple times and have always found it to be a great experience. This time we had a last minute change of schedule and while too late to qualify for "free" cancellation....the team worked with us to arrange a credit for use in the future. This is a 'win/win' outcome as we will certainly be coming back.

The only area needing improvement is the WiFi. The coverage was too weak in our room to be of use.

Self contained cabin with kitchen and bathroom gave us privacy, kids were occupied their whole stay with waterside, pool, playground and space to ride their bikes.

No air-conditioning unit or sufficient ventilation in kids' bedroom. Kids' beds were bunk beds and were provided with flat sheets, which made it difficult to make their beds. Providing fitted sheets or making the beds ready would have made it a nice touch.

My family camped and our experience was excellent. There was plenty of activities for the kids of all ages and the activities the village put on for the kids in the lead up to Christmas was wonderful. The whole atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, the staff were responsive, helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again in future. Y

Pool opening times could have been earlier
