Amazing views during good weather conditions.

Outdated facilities and design. The room didn’t come across as charming or cozy, which is what you would think based on the location and the environment.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and we slept well in the beds. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, where there was a reasonable choice of meals at prices consistent with other reastaurants at Mt Tamborine. The grounds were beautiful with excellent views of the Gold Coast.

Some minor maintenace items required to Suite 3 - the sliding door to outside was difficult to open. Dirt in the door track needs to be cleaned out and the rollers lubricated. Door to the bathroom sticks, making it difficult to close and open. Powerpoint to the wall behind table did not work.

The views were excellent, the staff were friendly and the food was tasty.

There is a great big communication tower right next to the motel and yet internet coverage is lousy. That was very surprising. I couldn't even send a photo of the beautiful view across the Gold Coast to my daughter!! Also, a minor thing - there was a half used container of milk in the fridge rather that a full one, so we chose not to have a cup of tea in the morning.

We booked the Deluxe Spa Room and it was really lovely. So spacious! We had the 'Grecian' themed room. The spa was great. The views were breathtaking over looking the mountain and you could see right across the Gold Coast. The best of both worlds.

The restaurant dinner food selection was ok, I would have liked more choice. The quality of food was very good though. The breakfast was delicious.

Amazing views to the coast Staff were friendly and helpful. Food delicious and good value. We were there for Steak night and were surprised it included dessert all for $22.50 We found this wonderful place after reading a little blue directional street sign in the village.and followed it.Another unexpected surprise we received Chocolate coated Strawberries and a bottle of bubbles delivered to our room because it was Valentine's week. Much appreciated

A personal thing. In the Japanese room the bed was very low.

Wonderful view and location looking down to coast. Room was large with lovely balcony with sitting area. Birdlife very active, beautiful meal and drinks area that enjoys the views. Luscious walking tracks on other side of town. Loved it!

Looking at tanks and shed in view. Beware large no of tourists in town on weekend…

Nice large room, great views of the valley below, the Gold Coast and the Ocean and beaches. Well appointed kitchenette with everything required for a short stay. Bed was excellent. Close to Eagle Heights and Tamborine. Lovely gardens.

The room was $285 which I thought was a little expensive for 1 night, but everything is rather expensive on the Mountain. Everything else was great

Staff and service were impeccable. Rooms were huge and comfortable with a microwave and everything you needed for a stay. The restuarant onsite for meals was fabulous and you could access transport to get around easily if you wanted to.

Room and bathroom were a little dated but the size of the rooms made up for it.

Spectacular views on top of the mountain. Plenty of parking. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Dining room staff were cheerful.

No variety of teas in the room and just one type of instant coffee. The food in the restaurant was just ok. Not very hot when it arrived.
