The house was absolutely beautiful Perfect

House was great, the resort itself very bad. We weren’t informed prior to arrival that the restaurant was closed, we were offered takeaway which we accepted, it arrived after about 3 minutes, it was absolutely disgusting, couldn’t eat any of it , plus expensive. So we ordered drinks at the bar, first tried to give us 20 mls of spirits not the normal 30 mls, was told that’s what they always do ?????. Then ran out of coke for a mixer, then proceeded to charge $6 for a small bottle of coke that we would have used a small amount.Questioned everything and was told more or less bad luck. Bad service, bad attitude, bad food. Not good enough.

I like going fishing and boating and if this is what you want to do then this is the place to stay. Every time I have been here it is has been great. This year is no exception, probably the the best stay. The one bed room villa I had was first class .

The only fault this year is trying to rebook. Made a booking with booking.com as I have every time I have stayed and after being accepted by the hotel was cancelled. How quickly hotels forget the dark times of COVID and the people who supported them through the dark times.

Very peaceful and relaxing

Property and amenities could use a little bit of maintenance especially around pool. Tiles are loose and it is a tripping hazard.

Very appreciative of the fact that Mary from Hinchinbrook Resorts was able to accommodate us even though Booking.com failed to correctly book our stay

Booking.com booked us into a room that technically wasn't available and also ruined a holiday, thankfully Hinchinbrook Resorts were able to fit us in

Great spot for easy access to boat ramp and those who are going over to Hinchinbrook Island.

Lots of mosquitoes! We did appreciate there was aircon so we turned that on to combat the mosquitos.

loved the place, nice, clean, perfect for us in what we wanted and needed, fridge was a good nice, kitchen and laundry were good sizes

Fantastic place to stay. I would love to have stayed longer. A very spacious, fully self contained apartment. We were so comfortable. Less than a minute walk to the shop and bistro which opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals were exceptional.

Was a villa with separate bedrooms and plenty of beds. Good tv to watch sport

I loved how the apartment was massive and roomy. It also had a view of the pool which was handy. Everyone was lovely and food at the channel inn was great too
