Great service upon arrival. Nice and quiet location even though it sits besides the national highway. Room was nice and clean, although a little dated. Although on the edge of town, it is actually centrally located to all conveniences and attractions.

Only fault is that the rooms are a dated and could do with refurbishment. But that did not at all detract from our stay.

Bed and pillows were the best we have experienced on this trip, having hearing difficulties we were not inconvenienced by passing traffic at all (motel is right on the highway). The staff were very helpful too.

Badly dripping shower but easily overcome, mentioned to the staff in the morning and response was we'll have to get the plumber out.

the location is good close to town and convinient, facility is ok, it is clean and well maintained

the main drawback is that it is that is close to 2 big road, it is noisy, even during the night it wasn't too bad as there aren't many cars, but during the day it is very loud. if you are lighter sleeper, you might need a ear plug

Clean,spacious, and had a ceiling fan that kept as very comfortable. And a very short walk to shops for necessities.

I found the bed a bit hard and the air-conditioning was in the bathroom but didn't ruin my stay.

The spa was a lovely experience Beds were great very comfortable

Curtains didn’t give enough privacy they weren’t block out and the screen door didn’t lock no key provided for added security Knives and forks too flimsy /sml and no sharp knife to cut with

No food facilities but plenty close by. tea and coffee making, proper mugs and biscuits too. Nice and clean. Complimentary bottles of water and cans of coke.

WiFi was available but there where no Netflix or movie type of channels on the TV only Ariel TV, I would have loved to settle in and been able to use a Chanel and watch a movie.

The staff members are simply wonderful and has gone the extra mile to assist guests who were impacted by the flooding caused by unprecedented torrential rains. Even offered discounts for the extra night for guests stranded in the area.

The property is a bit dated but good cleanliness and fit for purpose.

I liked that the room was clean and comfortable

I didn't like that there was no soap or shampoo supplied. There was last time I stayed there. Every motel and hotel have always supplied soap and shampoo

Staff were friendly and helpful considering the motel was flooded over 300mm deep only week’s ago they did a wonderful job getting it up and running again All new beds and fixtures

Easy to locate motel with caring staff. Room had more self catering equipment than some other motels. Reasonable sized room with all required facilities. Motel is directly over the road from TYTO Wetlands and tourist information centre. Wetlands has several marked trails and is a great place to go for a walk. There is also an elevated walkway from the back of the tourist information centre to the main shopping street of Ingham so no need to drive and have difficulty in finding somewhere to park.

Tiny rectangular bathroom basin just sticks out from the wall with no surrounding bench or vanity. Had no need to turn on the airconditioner but if you did air-conditioning unit for the room is in the ensuite bathroom opposite the door to the ensuite as there is nowhere else it could be located (large window on the front of the room).
