It was conveniently located during a road trip on the Great Green way. Motel style accommodation very simple little facilities. There is a pool however there was no light in the evening to enjoy the pool. The restaurant is closed but you have some basics in your room to eat up something (microwave and dinnerware) - be aware that most things are closed past 8pm.

We booked for 4 adults, so the Couch was pulled out to fit the extra 2 adults, and the couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. I'm not sure this is quite right to offer it for 4 people to stay, they should upgrade the bedding.

Very clean, well situated and beautiful friendly hosts. We stayed for 3 weeks and were offered fresh towels and sheets and cleaning regularly. The BBQ and laundry facilities were very helpful for our stay. Best value for money in the area.

Only issue we had was no WiFi in the room but it was advertised as having it It meant I had to use my phone data to work and watch Netflix.

We had a queen disability room and were interested to see that the parking outside the two disability rooms was marked as disabled. Parking places seemed to be a good size and were under cover. The motel is on the highway but we heard no noise even though we were fairly close.

No wifi. The main problem with this place is that the bed was so comfortable that we slept in and didn't have time to use the disabled shower before departure time!

Lovely location opposite the park and wetlands, the information centre there is awesome! Didn’t hear any traffic considering it’s right on the highway, so that was a bonus. Mini bar was very handy. Bed and sofa were comfortable, we did bring our own pillows though. Very spacious bathroom and shower was nice and hot.

Arrived after dark, no milk provided in fridge for tea or coffee, and reception was closed to request some. ☹️ Had to set the sofa bed up ourselves, even though extra was paid and was known it was to be used, was the last thing we were expecting to do after driving all day.

Very nice rooms.

Advertised as having a restaurant but it's not operational, either open up the restaurant and take down the restaurant sign!

We are keen bird watchers so the location very close to the Tyto Wetlands was excellent. There is only a short walk to town and local restaurants are now offering delivery which was extremely convenient.

It was disappointing that the restaurant at the venue is no long operational.

Spacious room, good view, friendly staff, everything was thought of as far as items in the rooms, good location/access to other points of interest, undercover walkway to rooms, reception experience was excellent (as recommended by friends of ours).

Parking was wherever you could manage, but not necessarily close to room. Water leak in bathroom, floor/bathmat etc was soaked, neighbour was doing the yard (mowing etc) when we had just arrived after a three hour drive (that of course was just bad timing)!

Great for our one night stop in Ingham during our roadtrip up to Cairns. It is conveniently located if you want to be close to Wallaman falls to visit them in the morning. Staff was friendly, welcomed us even after reception hours. Can park your car in front of your room. Room was very spacious.

We stayed in a disabled room as I’m on a walker. Was clean comfy & great complimentary goodies.

Nothing really, maybe parking was a bit tight when other customers parked opposite but we managed well.

Couldn’t fault Tropixx, to begin the receptionist was very welcoming and check-in was an extremely simple process as all information was taken from initial Booking reservation. Our room exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable. We would have no hesitation in staying at Tropixx again.
