The position of the motel was close to a supermarket and bottle shop and only a short drive to cafes. The beach is very close too.

We were disappointed that there was no microwave in the room when we arrived. HOWEVER the next morning we noticed a microwave was in the communal kitchen/laundry area just outside our door! We had been very tired when we arrived!!

Better signage (as your main sign has Lyndhurst motel so I went past ) Box aircon needs to be changed to split system (takes forever to cool )and is too loud Cosmetic fixes - old basin /toilet tiles cracked , black stuff on bottom of walls unstuck in places Nightstands on both sides of bed

Friendly staff Rooms were clean and comfortable Restaurant was excellent

- Some distance from main area of town, although close to IGA - People sat at table directly at front of our room and smoked and talked loudly. Not the fault of the establishment. May pay to have a designated smoking area away from rooms to avoid this. - Parking was a bit of a free for all. We opted to park on street which seemed safer to avoid collision by other guests.

Spacious room with fridge and microwave, restaurant onsite. Close to beach walkway.

A bit further from town than I thought. No toaster in the room but available in common area. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. There was a huge cockroach in the shower!

Friendly staff, great location, terrific pool and tucker if you need it.

Was a bit tricky to fill the kettle for a cuppa and a bottle of water in the fridge would be great. ...but I'm nitpicking really. Top spot and highly recommend!

There wasn’t any breakfast. We had a Pizza Supreme delivered to our room that was cooked at the unit’s restaurant. It was one of the best pizza’s we have ever had. The motel room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Parking accessibility to rooms..difficult for aged/disabled to access close to room. As parking not specific to rooms... Room had 3 steps (32)...my fault as I did not stipulate the need for access.... Shower curtain a trip hazard.. Hot water in shower....no very reliable..🤔

location cleanliness professionalism friendly owner/management beach and bakery just out the door, as well as a bottle-o.

checked in around 9 pm the owner did come out to meet me. the room had already been unlocked for my arrival but just was not communicated. slight inconvenience that's all. it was raining that night.

Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Would prefer ceiling fans instead of having to use air conditioner. Some of the coffee sachets were hard and unusable.

The price was really good, for the quality of accommodation, location good, having a bbq was very handy.

There was mould all over the ceiling in bathroom
